Just steps from the beach, this lovely one-bedroom condo is going to make for the ideal setting for a wonderful summer getaway with someone you love! Spread out on the white beaches to soak up all that terrific sun then head back to the suite to cool off in the shared pool. You can use the suite's central AC to keep everything nice and chill while you prepare your favorite meals. Use the free WiFi to download a good playlist to your device then go for a good workout in the shared fitness center.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great Condo

My wife and I stayed her for 3 nights for our anniversary. The condo is very nice, with updated appliances. Very isolated and peaceful. Short walk to a very nice beach. Will stay again

2 night stay

Nice condo with plenty of room for the two of us. The bathroom was clean and beds were comfortable. We’ve stayed in this area many times and have stayed in this specific Condo previously.The outlet in the bathroom was not working, which was a slight inconvenience. The condo floor looked clean but left the bottoms of our feet black within minutes. I don’t even think it’s a cleaning crew problem per se, but the method used by the company needs to be scrapped. It’s a problem at many places we’ve stayed over the years. We did not cook on this trip, but couldn’t have done it well even if we’d wanted to- not much there to work with. The pool and hot tub are great. I love that it has a security gate. The walk to the beach is not bad.

Good value. Unbeatable location

The condo was in a fantastic location. Truly unbeatable. Walking distance to an incredible and historic beach. A short drive to Fort Morgan, a good fishing pier, and even more beaches. Far enough away from the crowds, but close enough to get there when you wanted something touristy. The condo itself was just okay. I probably noticed it more because the weather forced us to stay inside more than we hoped. All of the beds, including the pull out and hallway cubby, were very sandy when we got in them. We solved it easily by re-washing everything, which means they could have too. Walking through the condo for 5 minutes without socks made our feet black. The dishwasher leaks water on the floor with every use and the wheels on the lower rack fall out every time you pull it out. One side of the Sun screen was broken and couldn’t shut all the way. We liked having a washer and dryer. The kitchen was pretty well stocked.

The room was lovely... BUT...

It's a little hard to give a rating on this rental, so please read. We loved the room and it had a nice patio and view. The room had plenty of space for my family of 4. The little bed nook gave my nine year old space of her own and the living room was plenty big enough for my teenage son to keep the sofa bed pulled open while my husband watched TV. HOWEVER, the cleanliness of the room was pretty awful. The floors AND sheets were nasty! Within 10 minutes of walking barefoot on the floors, my son's feet were black. Not to mention the sand... sand WAS ALL over the floor... it was so bad, we had to keep socks on the entire time we were indoors. Also, ALL three beds had dirty sheets. The sofa bed sheet had crumbs and sand, the bed nook had sand on the sheets, and the bedroom had sand and a red stain on those sheets. I do know that it was due to poor cleaning because I washed all the bedding due to the sand, and it all came out clean and sand free after one wash (including the red stain). There is no handle on the door to the bathroom, which made it very difficult to shut and open. And finally, the front door's chain was broken, and we had to make sure we slammed the front door behind us because it didn't shut all the way by itself. Had it not been for the cleaning issues, I would have given it 5 stars, even with the missing handle and broken front door chain.

Perfect location, size, and views for a weekend getaway for two. Easy access to parking and unit. Unit well-stocked with basics, but be prepared with your own hair dryer, beach towels, etc. Some small cleanliness issues with kitchen sink, dishes, and utensils.

Love This Place

Away from the hustle and bustle of Orange Beach and Gulf Shores, but it’s close enough to take a scenic trip to Walmart and all the fun festivities nearby. The view is absolutely amazing. Very quite, peaceful, and relaxing. Will definitely be staying here again.

Fall break

This condo is spacious and nicely-decorated. The furniture is in great shape. The bed is super comfy and the balcony is bigger than most. We have been renting in this area 7 years, but have never rented at the Indies before. The only negatives I have is that 1) the cleaning lady came in on us before the 10:00 checkout time which was kind if awkward, as we were still gathering our belongings. She should have waited outside until we were out. 2) The tv was hard to figure out. 3) we never figured out the WiFi. I called Meyers and told them we were having trouble, but no one ever helped us settle the issue. We got reception in the balcony, but inside. Those are not big problems that would keep us away from further visits. I love the Dunes community - it’s one of our favorites!
