Your condo is a contemporary, earth-toned beachfront retreat that features comfortable furnishings, an open floor plan, and sparkling views of the beach, the Gulf of Mexico, and the surrounding resort grounds.

The condo sleeps up to six guests, so bring the whole gang. The master bedroom features a king bed for lots of room to spread out. There is an additional bonus room that contains bunk beds, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room is perfect for children and teens.

The kitchen is well equipped for those wanting to try their hand at cooking that fresh catch.

Shops and restaurants located close by for those who would rather have someone else cook and clean up!

Enjoy easy access to 635 feet of private beach, two hot tubs, two zero-entry outdoor pools, a heated indoor pool, and a fitness center with a sauna. Book your perfect perfect getaway today!

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We have the best time on our recent visit. The access to the beach was great and we overlooked a pool and hot tub. We were very impressed with everything in the kitchen as far as pans, dishes, extra little things, etc. parking was a little tight but we loved that we could park right by our door.

A nice condo with great views but definitely needed to be cleaner.

The cleanliness was the main issue. If you walked across the floor with no shoes on your feet were black because the floor was so dirty. The counter did not look like it had been cleaned at all. Most of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty and we had to wash them before we were able to use them. Also the pools at the lighthouse were disgusting. The pools had a film of some type of grease like substance and there was hair and food floating all in the pool. I really did not even want my kids to get in.

Great condo!

We enjoyed the pools, hot tub, sauna and beach at the Lighthouse condominium. We were on the second floor so parking close to our condo was convenient. The condo is clean, modern, and nicely decorated. This is the second time staying there and we would stay they again!

Walking distance to Sand in My Boots!

This ended up being a great choice to stay for the Sand in My Boots music festival! We could hear the concert from the balcony :)

Loved the room, the view and accommodations were great!! Master bed was very comfortable, we didn’t use the second bedroom at all and there was a lot of room to spread out!!! Could use a little better coffee maker but we made due. The onsite staff was very nice and helpful. Parking and location of this unit is perfect right by the elevator and stairs, easy access to the pools and beach!!! Additionally, just an FYI Vacasa told us there were no beach rentals of chairs and umbrellas but there actually are which is great you can reserve them the day of or day before and they’re there for you waiting all day, no lugging them back and forth!!!

This condo is one of the best we have stayed in. It was very clean and the owners seemed to focus on the details- tv screens for each of the bunk beds, powerstrips connected to the bed frame on each side for ease of plugging in chargers. The kitchen was also well stocked with most anything you would need. We will definitely be checking to see if this unit is available for our next trip.

The Best yet! Our 1st trip to Gulfshores

The ocean view breathtaking. The furnishings were my favorite 😍 the recliner was a 1st in all of our yearly vacation. It was comfortable and felt like home.The bedroom furnishings and bathrooms were beautifully decorated and welcoming. It was nice to have ice and loved the large family sized washer and dryer. The granite counters were beautiful 😍. Thanks for making my 1st Gulfshores trip amazingly comfortable 👌

Beautiful Condo!

My daughter and I came to Gulf Shores for the first time at the end of May beginning of April. Perfect time of year nothing was too busy. The condo itself is gorgeous and well furnished with everything you need. The beds are totally wonderful! Really my only disappointment was that there was no beach equipment left for us to use... And I did not recall seeing this in the ad cuz I have plenty at home that I could have brought. Nor would the condo association allow you to rent anything that they were setting up on the beach and that was empty all day (rude.) So four stars because I really think they should leave beach equipment for you to use as in: a canopy, a couple of chairs, Beach blanket, and some toys for those who have kiddos.

Great place to stay

The property was exactly as described. It was clean and plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids. It has a beautiful view and the balcony was nice and big. We love the Lighthouse over all and have stayed there all 3 times we have visited Gulf Shores.

If you’re on the fence, look no further

This was the perfect spot for a small family. Mom, dad, an eight year old, and a 1 year old. Being on the second floor meant not having to mess with the elevators to go up and down. You are also able to park basically 50 feet from the room. Going back up and down to the beach was just one flight of stairs away. We went to the OWA indoor/outdoor water park and amusement park about twenty minutes away one of the days. The beach stores are right across the street. This location made access to everything we needed super easy. The pools were also very family friendly having a deeper one and one with a shallow splash pad like area. We were very satisfied!

Very nice

Loved being on the 2nd floor. Short walk from our car, but parking spaces are tight if you have a few full size vehicle. Condo was clean and we had what we needed. Great view of the pool and beach.

Short walk to pools & beach access

Good location, easy access to beach & pools. Loved being able to have the car right out the front door. 2nd bedroom is extremely small, & no storage in that bedroom. Master toilet ran constantly, couch in living room wasn’t very comfortable. Overall good stay though.

Loved it so much, we booked it for next year!

This was absolutely perfect for our family. Condo was kid friendly and had an awesome view of the beach. Staying in the second floor was perfect. Parking was convenient, and so was getting to pools and beach. We booked the same condo for next year before we even checked out.

Enjoyed it once again

This was our seventh visit to Lighthouse 203 and we very much enjoyed it again. The room itself is fantastic and everything we could want to be honest. This was our first trip in the fall, and we could tell things were a bit different. For one the pool and pool area were not kept up and cleaned near as well as we’ve seen in the past. Also, our room was not cleaned and ready by the promised 4:00 check-in.
