What a view!

The unit was very spacious and well appointed. The views were just beautiful. Location to all amenities was great. Check in and out with codes was super easy. Will definitely book this unit in the future

Lighthouse 1604

This is an awesome property and you will not be disappointed. The views are outstanding and the ease of check in and out could not have been better. Rooms were big and plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We brought 3 kids and they loved the surprise bunk beds and the large bonus balcony. The lighthouse property is well maintained, clean, and has nice pools. This is a great family getaway. Thank you for sharing your property with our family. It was a blessing!

Clean facility. Only barrier is parking garage was tight and difficult to maneuver a 12 passenger van. Other than that, everything was excellent!

Exceeded our expectations

The view and the porch was outstanding. Being a corner unit the porch went on both sides of the building. It could use a little more seating in the living area but the condo exceeded my expectations. There were two bunk beds in the master bath area that we didn't know about or need but someone with small children would use it. I would recommend this condo to others!

Great location, high up, uncomfortable beds

If you like a great location, like staying up high and don’t care if it’s clean this place is for you. Beds (mattress) was squeaky and very uncomfortable, shower didn’t drain, bug in silverware, lamp didn’t work and had dust in it, dirty ceiling fans, closet door didn’t slide, fridge drawer was broken, we tripped over corners of rugs… Honestly the list goes on and on.

Excellent for families!

We stayed here with our 3 adult sons and had plenty of room. Our youngest used the foldout and it slept great. We had other family members in 2 other rooms here, and we cooked for all 12 of us one night in the room and hung out afterwards. There was plenty of room to watch basketball and play cards on the huge table. The balcony is huge and goes around the side of the building for spectacular views of the gulf and towards Orange Beach. The unit was stocked well for cooking in…with the exception of containers for leftovers…you will need some of those. There were 2 beach chairs for use at the beach, which was nice. When we go back to Gulf Shores…we would try to stay here again.

We had lots of inconveniences during this stay due to renovation(scaffolding on balcony, workers on balcony early in the morning, one pool closed off, spraying for pests, etc.) Beds & couch were not comfortable. We would have had a better experience had not all these things happened. I have stayed at the Lighthouse many times before and had much better experiences. Usually it is a great place to stay

Awesome view

The condo was pretty. The mattress in the master room was not comfortable at all though. When we got there the air was on 78 degrees and so the room was musty smelling but once it cooled down that night it was much better and the smell was gone. There was a rug runner in the laundry room that looked like it had orange vomit all over it and had not been sprayed off since the last tenant, that was a little nasty. It also made me wonder if the room had been cleaned because we seen that quick. I done a quick clean of everything and mopped the floor it was sticky. They sent a survey about the cleanliness as soon as we got there before I noticed all this other stuff and I said it was fine. Truth is I wasn’t gonna bother them with any of it because everyone there was really nice and I cleaned it myself. There is a long deck to the side that’s like a bonus deck and we loved that. This is a huge condo with a 360 view, also views in the front as well as the beach. I would stay here again and I recommend the lighthouse and specifically this unit.

Friends Trip 2022

This condo is beautiful! It was perfect for our group of 6. Each bedroom had it’s own bathroom, which was super convenient. Every room had at least a queen size bed. The balcony has a table that was perfect for sitting and playing games. The view was amazing, and we saw dolphins swimming in the gulf every morning. Check in and out process was seamless. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo-perfect location

This is a beautiful condo and was perfect for our two families. Amazing view of the Gulf State Park fireworks from our balcony. Great location and easy access to the beach. Only gave 4 stars because all 3 beds need to be replaced. Otherwise it was perfect!

Great Condo and Location but needs new cleaning crew!

This Condo is perfect for families, both in location and the set up of the bedroom and other living areas.!! However, we were not able to check in at the designated time because the Condo was not ready. The beds were not made, and there were not any towels or other linens in the unit. I called the property manager and they quickly responded with the needed items. Later I sent them pictures of the bathtub that had not been cleaned and then found food and a small solo cup in the garbage disposal when we tried to use it. There was also clothing left in a closet by a previous tenant. With the amount charged for a cleaning fee, this was unacceptable!
