Mallard Lakes is a community of townhomes on Lighthouse Road located approximately 2 miles from the ocean and town of Fenwick Island. 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms with 1.5 baths, screened or enclosed porches. Restaurants and shopping within close distance so you can relax and enjoy without driving.
Mallard Lakes charges a $150 amenity fee for parking and pool, from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Guests must go to the Mallard Lakes office to pay for it. Every other week during the year, the amenity fee is $100 per week.
No pets please. Smoking is not allowed at the pools. No trailer or boat parking allowed on premises.
This vacation townhouse offers 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, living, dining, kitchen area, enclosed porch and outside shower.
NO SMOKING.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Quick getaway
Rental idea was very last minute for me, but the price was decent and the place was wonderful. It was walking distance to some restaurants and a quick drive to the beach and other shopping opportunities. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place! Beautifully decorated and so cozy! Well stocked with everything you could need.
Our only complaints were we did not receive the code to the lockbox to get in when we arrived and we had to call and get help. The other complaint would be is that the bed is not very comfortable at all and no matter what we tried, a good night's sleep was not to be had. Regardless, we hope to return to this wonderful little diamond we found.

Delaware Vacation
The property is stunning. Many things have been thoughtfully provided. The property is located near grocery stores, and resturants. The check in did not go smoothly because the people on the help line did not have good instructions on how to work the electronic lock.They also did not have tne address or hours for the pool office for us to pick up parking pass. The first night wad spent wondering if our car would be towed. The property was as advertised but the management company dropped the ball.

Great house, great shape
