Enjoy your vacation in this very popular and convenient building! This one-bedroom, family-friendly condo has been equipped with guest comfort in mind. You will have a light-filled living room with a large flatscreen TV with cable, partial A/C, a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a waterfront balcony with an outdoor dining area overlooking the white, sandy beach, an on-site washer/dryer, free WiFi, and so much more!

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Partial air-conditioning is provided by two wall units.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 4.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great stay for the beach

It's a really nice place that is set up well. They have everything you need for a stay, and it was easy to get in and get out. It was a bit of a drive from the inlet, but as long as that isn't a bother, it's a perfect place to stay!

Exactly as advertised

Great little spot right on the beach. Very affordable for the ocean view. Bed & pillows were very firm. Check in & check out processes were easy. Would happily stay here again.

Great cozy spot with a perfect ocean view

Second time staying here for a weekend getaway. Exactly as advertised, and is a great little spot with a balcony overlooking the sea. At check-in, it was visibly clean but had a strong cigarette smell throughout. Convenient to many local attractions & restaurants. Bed is very firm. Would happily stay here again.

Nice Place

Place was good enjoyed our stay and was very clean and simple. Only complaint is the door is old and will slam so the next door neighbor complained about our door slamming. Other than that good.

Beautiful views

We loved staying here. Made awesome memories with our kids. Loved getting to watch the foxes in the dunes. My only complaint would be the neighbor, she was always looking over into our balcony causing us to keep our curtains closed.

Superb Location

Staying at this beachfront condo was exactly what I was looking for. I appreciated the private balcony and overall cleanliness of the unit. The only drawback was the smoke odor from a neighbor who smokes, and apparently lives there full time.

Beautiful view

The beach was great and the apartment had a great view. It was clean on check in and easy to access the property. We were frustrated that we could not get the cable tv stations to work. There were not many pots or pans but the appliances worked well.

Our Trip

We really enjoyed our time at the condo. We could smell smoke while sitting on the balcony. We noticed there is a tripping hazard from the kitchen to the common area. Also, we would suggest a more comfortable mattress. However, the proximity to the beach was great.

nice little condo,beautiful ocean view, but cigarette odor

We found this nicely priced little condo right on the ocean with a beautiful view and beach off season! It was well equipped with linens and bath towels and supplies! It is an older condo and could use a nice scrubbing of the bathroom floors and trim. The neighbor nextdoor smokes non stop and the entrance to condo reeks of cigarette smoke as well as the gorgeous balcony facing the ocean! We couldn't sit out and enjoy the balcony due to the cigarette smell and held out breathe walking into entryway/door. Other than that the condo is well equipped and we enjoyed the gorgeous ocean front view and dolphin pods swimming by everyday! The condo itself didn't smell of cigarettes thankfully!

smokers paradise

I will sum this up in a short statement, the landlord/tenant next door smoked constantly, the odor was super evident in our room the entire stay, we had our grandkids with us and this was supposed to be a smoke free facility. other issues with flies and the unfriendly and nosy landlord/tenant next door that chain-smokes.

The view was great, the location good! The rooms were sufficient for two people I think it would be crowded with 4 people. The rooms were clean but need some TLC, like peeling paint on the cabinets, rust around the sliding glass doors and the glass front door. The carpet needs a good shampoo, the balcony floor was rough and sandy every morning, from wind I suppose. The furniture was adequate but old and showed signed of damaged, rings on the coffee table, etc. There was sand on the dining room chairs when we arrived. The hallway smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke and it permeated the inside of the condo as well! Could not sleep in the bedroom because of the cigarette smell, had to sleep on the couch and there were no extra blankets to be found. The units need a luggage trolley, we asked and no one knew where one would be. Multiple trips up and down the elevator and the neighbor got upset with the number of times we were in and out of the room because of the doors shutting to "loudly and rattling her pictures on her walls". We were very careful after that with the doors. However, the latch on the glass door locked several times by itself and I got locked out on the balcony once because of a similar problem. My husband after much trouble finally got it opened. Could the cleaning people actually put the toilet paper in the bathrooms before we arrive. The unit is priced appropriately and all in all we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

3 Day Stay

Easy to book and email communication from Vacasa was great. Had to pick up the key from a Vacasa office, but was easy process. Unit was clean upon arrival. It could use a little updating in some areas, but it wasn’t enough to bother us. Carpet was clean and sheets and towels were brand new (not even washed prior to use). Plenty of towels, but nothing else. No hand soap at sinks, no laundry detergent, paper towels and only 1/2 roll of toilet paper. Coffee pot, but not a Keurig. Easy beach access and even some toys in the closet. There are air fresheners in the unit, which help, but the resident neighbor is a smoker as it was really heavy in the shared hallway a few times when we would come and go.

Poorly cared for and dirty rental unit

The best thing about this rental was proximity to beach and view from the balcony. Otherwise this rental was disappointing especially for the price and fees and left much to be desired and could use some attention from the owners and managers. The rental was very dirty- everywhere had a layer a sticky dirt/dust- lights, AC unit vents and louvers, dirt around the bed and under bed, ceiling fans,spider webs and cobwebs in corners and edges, and the sofa was sticky. The carpet was ripped near the edge of kitchen and the owner tried to hide it by placing throw rugs over the edge. It was an awkward tripping spot. The ceiling fan in bedroom had a blade loose but you couldn’t run it anyway it was so dirty. Management was slow to respond to requests for a deeper clean and even after giving them a list, they still did not clean all areas especially in the bedroom. Thank heavens we brought an air mattress so we could sleep on floor in living room. The property manager admitted that she couldn’t adequately clean the fan in bedroom and that the place needed a deep cleaning but no one followed up and we had no recourse to get our funds returned. The place smells like smoke because the neighbor chain smokes in the hallway. Prior guests recorded much of the same comments in the guest book yet it seems no one is doing anything about it. The overall appearance is of an older unit that has not been upgraded. Yes, the fridge and toilets were cleaned when we checked in and the DW seems to be a newer model. Appreciated having towels and starter supplies for kitchen and Bath like TP, soap, laundry pods and paper towels.

Very nice place to stay❤️ Definitely needs a new vacuum, and needs to take off medal strip by the kitchen sink counter and stove bc I cut my finger, and the piece by sink gets snagged on clothing when leaning to use sink. But my husband and I enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo for our first getaway alone since our honeymoon 38 yrs.ago?? We would stay again if we get an opportunity ?

Great view perfect for a quick getaway!
