Ideally located on the west side of Mexico Beach, Laid Back is just seconds from the Mexico Beach Canal, Marina, and the Shell Shack. Tucked away on a quiet side street on the beach side of HWY 98, the shoreline is only a one-minute walk from your door.

Recently renovated, the home now features thoughtful modern touches, including USB outlets in every bedroom. Laid Back comfortably accommodates up to eight guests with three bedrooms and two and a half baths. The master suite offers a king-size bed, private balcony access, and an en-suite bath. The two additional bedrooms each feature queen-size beds and share a full bathroom on the second level.

Downstairs, you’ll find a welcoming living area, dining space, fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, and half bath. The living room includes Tivo TV for entertainment and a sleeper sofa for extra accommodations. The dining table seats six, with room for three more at the kitchen counter. Coffee lovers will appreciate the Keurig coffee system, and the kitchen has everything you need for effortless meal prep.

Step out from the kitchen to a private patio complete with seating and a gas grill—perfect for outdoor dining. The upstairs balcony, accessible from the master bedroom, offers additional outdoor space to enjoy your morning coffee as the sun rises or to relax after a day at the beach.

Non-smoking unit and does not allow pets. All rentals are on a first come, first serve basis.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.
