LIVING AREA

Unwind into vacation mode on a futon and recliner in the living area. In the evening, get cozy by the gas fireplace and settle in to enjoy favorite shows on the flat-screen cable TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare hearty meals in the kitchen, equipped with a farm sink and a full suite of appliances.

When it’s time to eat, gather around the dining table with seating for five.

BED & BATH

This ground-floor condo sleeps up to seven guests in two bedrooms and a queen-size futon in the living room.

Sleep soundly in a plush queen bed in the master bedroom.

The second bedroom is outfitted with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and an extra-long twin bed.

The bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

Nearby summer activities include mountain biking, golfing, and hiking. For fishing enthusiasts, the Fraser River is known for having an abundance of trout.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location

The location was excellent. We could walk to a couple breweries for a beer and dinner. The condo looks like it is the process of a remodel and will look great when done. There were cigarette butts on the patio and the bathroom was not cleaned well. This place has a lot of potential.

Incredibly dirty/unauthorized entry/safety concerns

Upon arrival, we noticed crumbs and dirt as well as large stains on the living room couch/futon. There was mold/mildew on the shower curtain liner. We pulled an extra comforter out of the closet to drape over the dirty couch only to find a white, crusty substance on the comforter. We notified management via text message. The following day, housekeeping came into the condo without notifying us and left the door open and unlocked when they left. They then called to tell me they had entered, unauthorized, and were unable to locate the dirty comforter. They obviously didn’t look too hard as the comforter was sitting on the couch. When I spoke to the customer service representative, I was clear I was not happy with the unauthorized entry as it posed a major safety concern. What if someone had come in and stole our belongings or what if someone was inside the condo when we returned? Being we would not be there long and I was already unhappy with the response/actions of housekeeping, I verbalized I did not wish for housekeeping to return until after our departure. That being said, housekeeping again returned in search of the comforter the following day. In addition to the other cleanliness issues, we were unable to use the stove as the entire condo filled with smoke the moment the stove was turned on due to the burners not being cleaned. They were black and full of old, burnt food residue. I am not one to complain but I have never been this disappointed in a vacation rental or the lack of concern from leadership when their team created safety concerns. I will not be returning to this property and very likely will not return to another Vacasa property after the way this was handled.

Watch out for bug bites and bring your own pillows.

This property is not good, had many things go wrong and noticed there was a lot that need upkeep. Master bed was hard as a rock and could feel the metal in the mattress. Pillows were not really pillows and need 4 of them just to make a decent pillow for your head. Also woke up every morning with bug bites on my legs. Owners were in such a rush to get the place rented that there was a lot of patches not pained, or holes in the wall, toilet not bolted down correctly and set on a little slope. Don't plan on using both front burners on the stove, the big one is not working. Watch out for screws placed in the garbage disposal as we found out right when we got there looking for the light switches to see. Oh might as well bring a flash light since there might not be lights working and burnt out. And finally if it rains, ignore the sound of water that sounds like it is coming in the window. There is a hole in the gutter on the roof which the water hits the rocks right next to the window. That will wake you up because it sounds like the water is coming in.

Great location and condo

Location is great. You can walk to various restaurants and co so was clean and comfortable This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
