This spacious vacation rental boasts a fantastic hot tub where you can treat yourself to soothing baths, all-new furnishings, a well-equipped, full kitchen complete with a suite of stainless steel appliances, and an expansive dining and open living space, all set under towering ceilings and upon beautiful wood floors. Unwind in the living area and warm up in front of the gas fireplace while you watch a favorite show or movie on the 50" TV. And outside, take in the breathtaking view of the lake and the soaring mountain peaks while you savor the fresh alpine air from your furnished patio - the ideal spot to dine al fresco in warm weather with the help of your gas grill, or just sip your morning coffee while you plan out your day's adventures in the great outdoors.

Lovely Mountain Home

Beautiful home located just outside of Grand Lake. We loved the mountain and lake views and modern feel of the home. The hot tub was also great and very clean, and the beds were super comfortable. We woud definitely stay here again!

Great location with a gorgeous view!

Overall, this place is idealic. The checkin process was a bit bumpy (the code wasn't working to get in the door amd service was shotty to call for assistance). Once that was sorted out, the place was great. Beds were comfortable, there were plenty of fans, towels, etc. We really loved being able to grill out and eat on the back patio with the amazing view!We all agreed we'd definitely look to stay here again when we're back next summer.

Lovely property

Lovely property, spacious, new, clean, breathtaking views. The two large beds were amazing but the two twins had really scratchy sheets, other than this, everything was perfect. Kitchen was great for cooking, bathrooms stocked!! I especially loved how all the bedrooms are close together on one side of the house. And I cannot emphasize enough the view of the lake and mountains from the house could be in a postcard.

Awesome house with amazing views! Stayed with family for a short weekend and everything was top notch. The views are unbeatable and the house had everything you could ever need. I think we enjoyed the hot tub the most! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful views

Gorgeous lake views. All the beds were comfortable and home was well stocked with kitchen and bath amenities. Only issue was hot tub was not ready for use on check in however local management sent service tech next day.

Beautiful location

Great property. Two families, 3 kids total. Only reason for 4 stars on the cleanliness was the windows...which we probably wouldn’t have noticed except for the breathtaking views from the property. We just wanted a bit of time away and this was a perfect peaceful place.

Nice View but Messy Neighborhood

The view was great!!! The inside was clean and up-to-date. Our only problems were that the neighborhood is a mess with construction and we had trouble with ants in the kitchen. We left one night early.

“Our” cabin

We’ve been staying there since there weren’t many other cabins built. It’s always a breathtaking view that feels like home. We’ve bought and left toys for others and everyone who has stayed has left them and not destroyed them. So not only is the cabin wonderful but everyone who enjoys the wonderful space is respectful. We just received our spring break dates for next year. Booking now!

Favorite vacation rental!!

This is the best house we have ever rented for a family vacation! We loved the location, close to Grand Lake, Granby and the National park entrance. We stayed for thanksgiving, but can’t wait to return in the summer season. The radiant heat system and gas fire place kept us cozy. The beds and pillows were comfortable. I especially loved that the “kids” room had regular twin beds instead of bunk beds, that is very hard to find! We also loved the one level living, no stairs! The open floor plan made it easy to cook and still be engaged with my family. The view is spectacular and the first thing you see upon opening the front door. We will try to stay here any time we are in the area!

Beautiful property, amazing views. The check in time ( 4 pm)is too late and checkout time at 10 am too early. It took a few tries to figure out how to open the door. The code was 10 digits and too long to remember so every time we had to look up.

Lovely Place

Everything was great except for two things: 1. Difficult to find property, as GPS doesn't locate it via the address given, and the "driving directions" in listing are not driving directions. This cost us 3 hours. 2. The fireplace did not work.

Great Stay near Grand Lake

We enjoyed our stay near Grand Lake. The house is located about 10 minutes away from Grand Lake and about 10 minutes away from the west gate of the RMNP. The layout of the house is great, plenty of room to spread out for two adults and two teenagers. It's clean and and it has everything you need. There is no A/C, but we didn't need it. We opened the windows and enjoy the cool breezes. Great views from the deck. We didn't use the gas grill, but we were glad it was available. The hummingbirds were fun to watch too. Other homes are being built near this house, but it's a quiet and private area. The next time we are in the area, we would definitely consider staying here again.

Amazing place!

We loved this cabin! Great set up, super clean, and we loved the location. We ski at Granby Ranch and we enjoyed the proximity to Granby but away from it all. The views from the cabin are indescribable! Well stocked and super roomy. The fireplace wasn’t working, the fire pit ran out of propane after 10 min, and the washing machine didn’t work properly (we tried every type of cycle and option but it would never wash properly) which were disappointing. We reached out to VRBO and Vacasa with no response which was also frustrating. We would stay here again despite the minor issues. The property is well maintained and has everything you need. Our favorite things about the property: views, quiet neighborhood, close to all things in Granby and Grand Lake, great layout, well stocked kitchen. Thank you for sharing your space with us!

Beautiful Home, Terrible Customer Service

Unfortunately, we were without water for several hours both days of our stay. We contacted the property management company (Vacasa) but received no help or follow up. I repeatedly asked for updates and was told that “the local team would get back to me”, which they never did. I requested a partial refund for the inconvenience of not being able to cook, shower, etc. and am still waiting for a response two weeks later. Otherwise the property itself is lovely and in an excellent location. This would have been a 5-star review had we simply received communication.

Great view, nice house needing a few improvements

There was some issues with the locking system on the front door. We were unable to use it without the key. The lockbox for the key wasnt given to us until the following day. There is an ant problem and the house needs sprayed. The half bath is full of black mold and the door doesnt open all the way due to floor damage. The screen door to the deck needs replaced...it is not on the tracks and cant be used. Other than that the place was nice, the views brautiful!

GREAT view, terrible customer service

This is the fourth home rental we’ve done this year and by far this was the best view. Incredible lake and mountain vistas await - on the deck or through the giant windows. The home was well equipped (love the variety of games and storage). However, we faced a few issues during the trip that made the entire experience a negative one. The gas ran out on the fire pit and grill after the first day and we reported it to Vacasa multiple times, over the course of several days. We were told someone would replace the gas and reach out to us via phone - no one ever did. Also we discovered that the washing machine was not working upon arrival. We specifically picked this rental counting on having a washing machine as well as a grill to cook meals. It was a big disappointment to lose those things, but the bigger disappointment was not to have received what was promised from Vacasa. 24/7 service is listed on the homepage as something renters can count on - and in previous Vacasa rentals (this was our 3rd), we were satisfied with the service provided. Not this time. I would not recommend renting this home as a result of this experience. We won’t be using Vacasa in the future.

We are so sorry that no one fulfilled your request to have more propane dropped off. Typically, this is something our local staff is able to do without an issue.
