Location cannot be beat. Literally next door to Coconuts which is a top resort. Simply walk there. Amenities - swimming pools, water park, restaurant, bar, live music, ice cream shop. Also pet friendly. walk out the door from the home and simply walk a few feet next door.

Hillbilly Yacht Club - is also just a walk away via our private homeowners easement. Bar, restaurant, corn hole and often karaoke or live music.

Blacktop parking on upper level. concrete pad can accommodate two cars.

Fully fenced for dog lovers! simply shut the gate and don't worry. plenty of space for dogs to wander.

Dock is spacious. one boat slip. Paddle board, kayak, lilly pad. lounge chairs, table/chairs, stand up bar.

What a cute little vacation spot

The house is simple but has everything we needed. We were at Ozarks International Raceway most of the time so didn’t even have time to take advantage of the dock and small yard. Thanks Lois!

Lake vacation with family

Fabulous home! Lois does a great job! Loved the bedrooms all on the upper floor which is actually the main level of entry. Less haul with suitcases. Lovely huge kitchen & great living space! So many towels to offer! We enjoyed our cups of coffee on the private dock. Our kids enjoyed the kayak a couple times. We did spend a lot of time with our family who picked us up from the dock in their pontoon boat cuz they live 5 minutes away on the lake. We would love to come stay again! We try to come to Lake Ozark once a year.

The house was in a small no wake cove that was perfect for swimming, which I’m not sure who enjoyed more our kids or our dog! The location is close to a couple of on the lake restaurants. We enjoyed the music from Coconuts during the day & the quietness during the evenings with amazing sunsets. Huge decks to enjoy the lake. drink coffee, eat dinners. The fenced in yard huge yard for our dog was amazing. A bonfire pit for s’mores at night. The house has everything you need, but there is a dollar general super close & a Walmart 9 miles away. Lois was an amazing host her communication was spot on!

Awesome location

We loved the location of this house! We had all adults with us so having Coconut's next door was such a bonus. We loved the swim up bar. This dock is huge and we spent a lot of time down there, as well as on the large patio. Lois was very helpful with restaurant suggestions and things to do in the area. We will definitely be back!

Great Get Away

My family and I stayed here for a weekend, and it was so wonderful. The kitchen was wonderful and our family loved spending time on the deck. It included a washer and dryer which was a dream with wet swim towels and blankets from the fire pit. All the rooms open to the deck and its so nice to sit out in your pjs and drink your coffee and just watch the lake! Its a great place for your family with lots of room.

The best house with the best host!

Summer vacation 2022

We really liked that Coconuts is right next door, people watching at its finest. The home is located in a no wake cove which is absolutely perfect especially on the weekends when it gets super busy on the lake. We enjoyed chatting with the neighbors from across the lake while out paddle boarding, really nice and welcoming people. The home overall satisfied our needs.

Amazing!!!!

This property is amazing!! Plenty of room for everyone (we had 8). The kitchen is literally stocked with anything you need. Plenty of towels as well. And very, very clean! The location is amazing as well! Lois is very responsive and flexible. She’s wonderful! My group will most definitely be staying here as much as possible!! Thank you Lois, we had an excellent time. And thank you for sharing your home with us!!!

Loved the Location

Being next door to Coconuts at the Lake was great. Swim up bar was fun and food was good. But you MUST try Hillbilly Yacht Club! It’s a very unique place and must be experienced. Large deck and nice large table and chairs were shaded in the afternoon and evening which was great. Dock had table and chairs and some nice lounge chairs. Just an fyi, there is no disposal and the dishwasher desperately needs to be replaced. Had fun floating, renting a boat at Coconuts and enjoying the deck and dock.

Annual Lake Trip

I cannot say enough great things about this house and the owner, Lois. The house is beautiful, exactly as described and has everything you need. The deck is very large and a great spot to grill and enjoy the evenings. The location next to Coconuts cannot be beat! I've booked other properties through VRBO and I can say without a doubt that Lois was the quickest to respond and is the easiest owner/manager I've ever dealt with. She makes sure your questions are answered and your needs are met. I highly recommend this property and we hope to return again next year!

We loved our experience here. The house can sleep so many and the beds were comfy! Huge table outside and 2 grills. 2 coffee makers, dishwasher, washer and dryer, everything! Margarita machine was so fun. We loved that Lois provided everything! Towels, linens, shampoo, dishwasher soap, etc..... No wasted space in the home. Lois was so responsive and helpful to us before and during our stay. Location was perfect! Super short walk to Coconuts where our kids played in the sand, on the water slide, and we rented a boat. We will be back to Lois' house for sure!

Great house on the lake and great property manager!

This home on the lake is a great place for a family or group of friends to stay at. The dock is nice and big, has plenty of room to grab some sun or sit in the shade, and has plenty of open swimming space without much boat traffic at all. Being right next to Coconuts was really convenient because it gave us a place to grab a bite (the island club is really good!), hang out at the pool, and rent a pontoon boat as well. The home is a bit older (like most houses on the lake), but it is well maintained, had been recently updated (the floors are really nice and the islandy decorations are a really nice touch), had four good sized bedrooms, and a beautiful, big deck with a nice, large table and plenty of seating for everyone. Keep in mind that this home is right on the water and in a somewhat wooded area, so you will have some mosquitos and bugs of course. Just be sure to bring your bug spray and use the citronella candles Lois had already out on the deck for us to use. :). You can also build a bonfire, which we did, to make some smores and mix things up a bit! Overall, this is a really great, nice, relaxing place to stay at on the lake with everything you need. And having a great host who's really responsive to any questions you might have makes all the difference as well.

People Watching Paradise!

We enjoyed our stay here! Plenty if space inside and out. Being next door to Coconuts makes for some great people ans boat watching. I also enjoyed the porch swing! Great to be able to bring our dog and have plenty of parking!

Girls Lake Weekend

There were 10 of us, Lois was kind enough to make an exception. The communication with Lois was excellent and she’s very nice. We really enjoyed staying here! There are 4 queen beds (4 bedrooms), a large kitchen and living area. The deck off the dining area is huge and offered plenty of room for us to enjoy. We liked having the bedrooms on a separate floor for those who slept later. We all loved the dock the most though, it’s very large and allowed us room for all our coolers and floaties. Coconuts is right next door, however we were never really disturbed by any traffic or crowds, which was a concern before arriving. The swimming area / water was perfect! A large calm area to enjoy! A con of staying here would be all the stairs. In the heat of summer, it wasn’t easy carrying full coolers and bags when we arrived. This won’t stop us from staying here again, it’s just an FYI for those who might have trouble. The parking can be a bit tricky as well. One secluded area is the upper deck! So peaceful up there with great views! Overall, we loved it. It served our large party well and we had a great time. Very relaxing. We even enjoyed the fire pit right next to the water 2 nights! Short term plan has turned into a long term plan. Originally planned to own the home for two years...that's what I get for thinking I control things. It has now been nearly 18 years. The gift from God was Coconuts which was built a year or two after i purchased the home. So guests love the convenience of loterally being feet away from a top resort. No need to drive or even boat. Just walk. We have lots of folks from Iowa, KC and St. Louis and many that have returned year after take that as a compliment.

One of the top lakes in the U.S. and centrally located with easy access from anywhere in the state of Missouri. The Lake of the Ozarks area offers entertainment, golf, shopping, swimming, water sports, boating, fishing, spas, restaurants, miniature golf, go-karts.

My neighborhood...love, love love the lake frontage and privacy. Double lots are rare and usually docks are right next to each other. There is significant distance between my dock and the neighbor.

And if you need to mingle...just go next door to Coconuts. Countless amenities such as a pool bar, restaurant, water park, ice cream shop, gift shop, boat rental. DJs, live music, there is something for everyone.

Everyone loves to hang out at the dock, in the water and on the lake front around a fire pit. The new deck added is a huge hit. 400 additional sq feet with plenty of room for dining, sunbathing, cooking. Walk next door to Coconuts for more entertainment and fun, no need to drive anywhere. Fisherman's paradise - both in the cove and outside of the cove. Dock has one boat slip and plenty of seating. Recently added a fence to contain the dogs of the family so simply shut the gate and relax.
