You will definitely fall in love with the kitchen! It’s large, modern and comes with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. It is also fully equipped with everything you’ll need to cook meals with your family or friends. You can either eat at the kitchen island, which seats up to 4, or at the dining area, which seats comfortably 8 people.

The loft area offers a pool table, a bar table and four bar chairs, a TV mounted to the wall along with fun wall games. Easy to keep everyone well occupied.

This home is kid-friendly with stair safety fence and pool safety fence installed to add more security to our little guests. Two hand-painted theme rooms are just the right things for them! A high chair and pack n play are also available.

The pool and spa area at the back of the house is the right place you can cool off after a long day out in the Florida heat. It’s screened in to keep those pesky Florida bugs out, and lets sunshine in. For those who want to work on their tan, there are 3 sunbed loungers in the pool area. And for those who want to enjoy the Florida weather, but in the shade, there’s a lanai with patio furniture ( a table that can sit 6 )to relax on. There is also a half bathroom in this section.

Solara is one of the newest vacation home resorts in the Orlando area with first-class amenities for an amazing vacation experience. Within Solara, you will find a beautiful This property is located in Solara Resort. Solara is 18-acre complex with a restaurant, cafeteria, bar, sundries shop, gym, and a green area for outdoor exercises. In addition to this, you can find the incredible FlowRider®, a surf simulator that is the delight of adults and children. You can also enjoy the gratifying climate-controlled pool or the splash pad designed especially for the little ones. For sports lovers, Solara Resort, besides the fitness center, has a soccer field, a basketball court, and a beach volleyball court.

Heated pool/spa is optional at $35/day. BBQ grill is optional at $65/reservation. The two options need to be paid at least 2 days before arrival date to avoid extra $35 trip fee payment.

No indoor smoking or pet. $300+ cleaning fee will be charged for each violation.

HOA allows max 5 cars per home. Parking is not allowed on the grass or the streets. Please use the overflow parking lots. Trailers, buses, boats, RVs, etc, are not permitted.

Trash must be bagged (Loose trash will not be collected and will result in a fine of $75). Bagged trash must be left at the porch in/around the brown bin, not on the street or on the grass. Trash is only picked up once a day. Please put trash out early in the morning.

Noise levels should be kept to a minimum level after 10 pm in order not to disturb other guests.
