Perfect place to stay!

Cleanliness, location, layout, lanai and all the amenities were perfect for our family! Just a super quick walk to Napili beach’s nd we loved the close proximity to the Kapalua trail and beach. Our kids loved going to Island Vibes in the morning too!

We had a great stay! Location was wonderful just a short walk away to a great beach. The garage was fully stocked with all beach needs which was really nice. We had 3 adults and two kids and the space could not have been better suited for our needs. Having laundry was a huge plus since no one wants to take ocean-soaked clothes back home. Would stay again!

This property is in a great location on a beautiful stretch of beaches in Napili. Jeff is an extremely accommodating and gracious host, and his place is beautiful. We will stay here again. Five stars!!

Super Clean, Well Stocked, Great Location, Great Communication

Great experience! We had 7 adults and were comfortable. The place has everything you need--chairs, umbrellas, snorkels, spices, stocked kitchen etc. We felt very comfortable--clean and well maintained. The complex is quiet. A number of great beaches and snorkeling spots within a close walk. The owner is VERY responsive.

Great again!

This is our second year staying at this property. It was just as great as the stay that made us want to come back! Everything was made very easy. The house was stocked with the essentials. I always appreciate this touch because you don’t want to go to the store immediately after arriving to a vacation. The location is excellent. Our family loves Napili Bay which is a short walk across the road. We enjoyed everything about our stay.

Home away from home

We've already booked here for next year, that's how perfect it is. The location is fantastic, 2 beaches within a 3 minute walk, multiple restaurants, golfing, jogging/walking trails and in a very friendly neighbourhood. The town house could not be fitted out with more amenities, well appointed for families, young or old. We made it our home in a very short period of time. It was quite simply perfect. Just book it.

Good location, well stocked, but…

This condo had a great location, it was thoughtfully stocked with every essential we could have asked for. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean. Nice and quiet neighborhood and plenty for space for our group of 7 however We couldn’t eat in peace or sleep without seeing bugs. This is our 4th trip to hawaii ans we are used to seeing critter but we never had to eat quickly or hide food in order to keep them off our plates. It was highly uncomfortable and extremely stressful.

Our second home

This was our third year of staying at the townhouse and as previous year's we thoroughly enjoyed it. Jeff continues to update where needed, new appliances, the deck at the back has just been replaced, beach towels, sheets, it is a very high standard that makes it so easy to enjoy. We do not hesitate to recommend this for families or couples. We had a spectacular 10,000 step walk every morning that has to be the most scenic anywhere. It just couldn't be better. We wouldn't change a thing. Just book it, you won't regret it.

Maui WOW-ee!! Can’t say enough great things about this townhouse!

Jeff's place was spectacular. It is in a great location and near everything (it’s 0.7 miles from Napili Market). It is a beautiful townhouse and the photos posted in the listing accurately described it. Note that some of the living room furniture were upgraded - so it's even better. The home had all the upgrades (GORGEOUS upstairs Bathrooms and kitchen) and amenities. His place is beautifully decorated and VERY clean. The cleaning fee is so worth it. The kitchen was awesome it had everything for adults and kids; The upper kitchen cabinet glass doors were a great idea – we can see everything without having to open all the doors! The furniture and beds were super-comfy. His garage is filled with beach stuff; chairs, snorkel gear, boogie / surf boards, coolers, life vests, etc. Not only was the place spectacular but Jeff was awesome. He is very responsive by email. I didn’t have to wait more than a couple hours. He even gave me his cell # to text if I wanted a quicker response. We had a slow drain in the upstairs shower and when we informed him he contacted the plumber right away. By the next morning the issue was fixed. I highly recommend staying at his place. If we vacation in Maui again we will definitely stay here again. My family, parents and Mother-in-law stayed here and they all had great things to say about Jeff’s place. My elderly parents would stay there again! If I had more than two thumbs I would raise them all- Thanks for your hospitality Jeff!

Amazing location, amazing property

What an absolutely gorgeous location and property. The property was very clean and exactly as described. There were a few maintenance issues, which I brought to the owner's attention and they are working on them. Amazing lanai, perfect for a morning cup of coffee. Beds were all comfortable. AC was great. Bathrooms and showers were great. Kitchen was smallish, but who is going to cook on vacation?!?! Kitchen had everything needed. It was great to have an ice maker and cold water at all times coming from the fridge. The area was amazing - right across the street from a great beach and right down the street from another great beach. Lots of local businesses to support in the area as well.

Great accommodations, great location.

The condo is very well appointed, and comfortably slept 6 adults. Location is superb. The unit is in walking distance to beaches, hotels. Garage parking spot was very convenient. Jeff is an excellent host and was very communicative during our stay.

Beautiful home in paradise

We really enjoyed our stay. We had 7 people and plenty of room. Plenty of amenities in the home. Only 2 minor complaints was that there were not any washcloths with the bath towels and the first 2 days the parking lot across the street was closed for construction- so beach access was a little more difficult and had to walk up the hill (which was a challenge for my elderly Mother). Luckily they took down the construction barrier later in the week. The garage was fully stocked with plenty of beach supplies- which was very helpful. We would definitely stay there again!

Works perfectly for a family

The condo was very comfortable for our family. We were on island for a renewal of vows ceremony. We used the lanai one day to make lei for the ceremony. A musician in our group performed across the street at Napili Kai Resort. Walked to the restaurant at Montage for a wedding renewal dinner. So location was perfect! Mahalo!
