E Komo Mai to the Napili Bay Villa! Our home is a spacious three story end unit townhome located 200 steps to the famous Napili Bay, a beautiful white sand swimming beach on the south end of Kapalua. Our home is a Solar Powered Home with Tesla Batteries with grid backup for comfort. We strive for a carbon neutral home as we feed the grid when our home is empty and reduce your carbon footprint while staying here ;)
Enjoy snorkeling with sea turtles, paddle boarding, swimming, beach combing, shell hunting, building sand castles, or just relaxing in a lounge chair and reading a book under the Hawaiian sun. Enjoy our NEWLY installed Private Hot Tub in the back yard or lounge in our hammock! We are the only one in the complex with a hot tub and hammock! Whatever you imagine your Hawaiian vacation to be, you will find that sense of relaxation here!

The Napili Bay Villa offers the best combination of quality, comfort, and luxurious amenities for your Maui vacation. Our newly remodeled (1,431 sq. ft.) Napili Bay Villa features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 10' vaulted ceilings, sunny south side very private end unit, natural bamboo hard wood floors, granite finishes, wine fridge and wine closet, a large and private back yard with HOT TUB and HAMMOCK, a 2 car garage and sounds of old Hawaii. Solid teak and wood furniture and high quality tropical decor enhance the Napili Bay Villa's Hawaiian charm. We have two very large king beds in two of our bedrooms, and a queen size bed in the third bedroom. We have a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Upon stepping foot in the door you will feel right at home. The open floor plan and private bedrooms allow you to entertain or have quiet time in your private and very comfortable room. This home is in the perfect location for you to have Maui at your fingertips. Wake up early, make coffee and take a stroll on the beach, or put on your running shoes and go for a jog on the Kapalua Ocean Trail. Make a tee-time for the Kapalua Bay Course right next door or challenge your partner to a tennis match at the courts just a short walking distance from the villa. Take a dip in the reef protected waters of Napili Bay and Kapalua Bay right across the street, remember to take your snorkel for world class snorkeling. Make sure you bring your go-pro for snapshots of sea turtles and the amazing underwater life. Take on a new sport and rent paddle boards to see the ocean from a different angle. Watch movies or your favorite sports team with HD cable on our 75” flat screen. Stock up the wine fridge and sip a drink on the back deck, enjoy the newly installed hot tub or lounge in the hammock. Enjoy making meals at home in our fully equipped kitchen or BBQing on the café style back deck. Don’t feel like cooking? **Hot Tubs:
Our hot tub is cleaned on a weekly basis. It is the guest’s decision to use the hot tub and use at own risk. Please respect the hot tub and shower off all sand, sunscreen, and soaps prior to entering our hot tub. There are times when the hot tub is not available due to an arrival or departure on the same day, and or maintenance or repairs. We as the owner will do everything in our power to always have an operational hot tub but some things are out of our control. There are no refunds, prorations, or credits if the hot tub is out of service. By booking our home you are agreeing to these terms and conditions mentioned above.

Disclosure: Please note that we do not have control of the natural forces of the ocean and the beach at Napili Bay may change due to seasonal beach erosion. The beach may change on any single given day and there is no way to predict the forces of nature. Please also note that the pictures best represent the home, although they are not entirely accurate as we are always upgrading our home.

Not that you would need to use but there is a safe in our home for your convenience to lock your valuables when you are away.
