Enjoy 50 feet of patio with incredible ocean views at this luxury condo. Gorgeous remodel with everything you need for a great getaway. Tons of outdoor seating features keep you cozy while you search for dolphins or migrating whales. Fully stocked kitchen for family meals you can enjoy while glancing at the ocean from the dining room. Spacious and comfortable living room make movie night easy. Wake up to ocean views from the master suite and second bedroom. Third bedroom has murphy bed. Close to beach access stairs and pool. Super fast wifi!
Located in the private, gated community of Seascape Sur in Solana Beach, this oceanfront complex offers 2 pools, 2 spas, tennis courts and 2 assigned parking spaces in an underground garage. Enjoy the lush landscaping and lovely water features including koi ponds. The beach access stairs are conveniently located adjacent to the complex. There is easy access to this unit as it is close to the parking garage and minimal steps to enter. It is an excellent location for walking to breakfast, lunch or dinner at nearby restaurants or shopping at the Cedros Design Del Mar Racetrack is just 5 minutes away! You can even walk to the Solana Beach train station and take the train to Old Town San Diego and various other fun locations. A quick drive will take you to the San Diego Zoo, San Diego Safari Park, Legoland and SeaWorld.
Professionally laundered hotel quality linens and bath towels are provided. Our properties are cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized in accordance with CDC guidelines.
This unit has ceiling fans everywhere in the home and portable fans in case it gets warm in the summer months but with the cool ocean breezes, you rarely need them. There is no air conditioning in this unit. No smoking anywhere in unit or on property.
Two parking spaces in underground parking garage. There are stairs up to exit the garage, then you will head down stairs past one pool towards the ocean to access your beachfront property. This community is built into a hill, please note that there are a number of stairs.

In accordance with Solana Beach regulations, this property has a 6 night minimum.

Highly recommend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice experience. Condo was clean with plenty of towels and supplies. The beds were comfy. The layout of the condo matched the photos online. The parking and carrying bags & bikes from the parking space was a bit challenging, but once we figured it out we managed just fine.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful condo. The views were breathtaking. Condo is front row to the open ocean and beautiful sunsets. Loved that the cliffs and beach were lite up at night. So pretty. Waking up to the sound of waves crashing priceless. Solana beach is wonderful. Walked it in the morning for exercise. Great vacation with the family.

Great location near the ocean

The property is a bit old but was recently renovated to a decent standards. The ocean is just outside.... The view and location is unbeatable... The compound is amazing. We had our daily morning tennis court sessions and afternoon walks by the beach.... The rental company provided us with tennis rackets. Our little daughter loved the pond with fishes and turtles. We would definitely consider coming back there... There were small minuses as well (e.g. BBQ was cleaned but was not clean enough for us to use its, the gas tank was empty, the rubbish bin was broken, bathrooms are a bit outdated) but we managed all minuses because overall we had an amazing stay in this property... There is direct access to the beach with showers outside and about 100 steps down/up...

On the bluff in Solana beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful, spacious condo with a huge ground level deck! Very quiet spot about 100 yards from underground parking and we enjoyed the stay. We reported a broken ice and water dispenser our first day but they weren’t repaired. The Stubbs office across the street loans out coolers, boogie boards, beach towels, chairs and umbrellas at no charge, which is a nice touch not mentioned on their site. I would stay at this property again.
