The home is located at the far north end of the Surfsong complex, a safe, gated and resort-like community. Our guests will have 2 private garage parking spaces located very close to the unit. The complex offers ample guest parking spaces as well. Elevator access to the unit is available in the parking garage with carts to help with luggage.

The location can't be beat being walking distance to the best of Solana Beach. Just an easy stroll 5 minute stroll away is Fletcher Cove, one of San Diego's most beautiful and famous beaches. Fletcher Cove has a great kid's play ground and large grassy area where many picnics and summer concerts are enjoyed. The complex's amenities are awesome - an oceanfront pool, spa and tennis courts. The pool is heated from Memorial weekend through November 1st and also on holiday weekends.
