This beautiful 5 bedroom, 4 bath home has the look and feel of a beach cottage with professional updates throughout. 3 Sea Oak Lane offers bedding for up to 12 guests, private pool, spa, gas grill, screened porch, upper balcony (with gas grill and dining set), hardwood flooring and updated kitchen and furniture throughout. Located 2nd Row Oceanside, one of the many special amenities of this home is its location, just steps away from the gorgeous Atlantic Ocean beaches of Hilton Head Island!

The 2nd floor of this home is an open floorplan with wood floors throughout the living room, dining area, kitchen and bedrooms. The living room is furnished with a comfortable L-shaped sofa, 3 chairs, separate breakfast/card table and features a mounted smart TV with streaming cable. The living room has a door to the upper balcony that overlooks the pool and features a gas grill and dining table with seating for 8. The inside dining table seats 8 guests (10-12 with extension) and the kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and a large wrap-around countertop. Located behind the kitchen on the backside of the home is a screened porch with 2 chairs and a ceiling fan, perfect for enjoying a book or the company of another!

Two bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor of this home. The first bedroom features a king bed, mounted TV and a full bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed, mounted TV and full bath with shower/tub combination. This bathroom has a private entrance from the bedroom as well as a hallway door, so it can also be used by guests in the kitchen and common areas on the 2nd floor.

The 1st floor of the home features 3 bedrooms, laundry room and a fully furnished 2nd living room with mounted TV. The living room also features a built-in bar area with 2 kinds of coffee makers (Regular and Keurig), microwave and a beverage cooler. The bedrooms on this level include a queen bedroom with mounted TV and private bath with walk-in shower, 2 twins bedroom with mounted TV and 2 twins bedroom with twin trundle beds. Both of the Twin bedrooms use the nearby hall bathroom with shower/tub combination, which can also be used by guests in the 1st floor living room. The laundry room in the back hallway of the home features a sink and full-size washer and dryer.

The private pool at 3 Sea Oak Lane is brand new (2021) and gorgeous! It features a heated spa and the pool can be heated, as well, for an additional fee. The pool has a shallow shelf with comfortable lounge chairs and umbrella and there is also an umbrella table with 4 chairs on the pool deck, as well as comfortable lounge furniture. Additional exterior amenities include a fire pit on the backside of the home with 3 benches. Wood is not provided but you are welcome to purchase fire wood at the local grocery stores. Also included are separate sitting areas on the backside of the home, perfect for enjoying the outdoors under the shade of the live oaks. The home is outfitted with streaming cable and wireless internet at no cost to guests. The home also features keyless access for your convenience. *Please note: Due to safety concerns, fireplace is non-functioning inside the home.

Forest Beach is one of the original beach communities on Hilton Head and home to Coligny Plaza, the Downtown of the Island with more than 100 specialty shops, grocery stores and outdoor cafes. Forest Beach features miles of bike trails and beautiful beaches. Guests are also close to Hilton Head amenities including golf, marinas with watersports and Zip Line adventure tours.
