Great property for our family - 8 adults and 7 kids. They also had alarms on the doors we could turn on so younger kids couldn't get to the pool. Easy walk to the beach..

Great week at the beach

Our family enjoyed our annual Sea Pines week. While a little bit dated, the house was great and served all our needs just fine. Loved the pool and close proximity to the beach. Had no issues and the rental company handled everything without a hitch.

45 Years of Friendship

We have a group of friends who have been coming to Hilton Head for 46 years. We have lost a few over the years. This home fit our needs perfectly. Plenty of space, comfortable, well furnished and inviting. The only complaint would be the mattresses on the beds. They were extremely uncomfortable, lumpy and squeaky. Overall it was a great home! One of the best we have stayed in!

11 Bald Eagle Family Vacstion

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great family vacation in a neat 6 bedroom 2nd row house near South Beach. We had only two (2) issues. First, there are four (4) mega mansions under construction on the beach so we had a lot of noise and congestion which was a concern with young children and pool-side sunning. Second, the exterior of the house had a lot of tree debris on the deck and around the pool when we arrived and which was not blown off all week. But, the house was great and the walk to the beach fairly short. Everyone loved biking on Sea Pines.

John – thank you again for taking the time to speak with me after your departure. We want to again apologize for the nearby construction you encountered. We have since received updates from the contractors and are hopeful a few of the projects will be wrapping up very shortly and the others will be moving on to interior work in the coming weeks. We’re happy to hear you had enjoyed the home & wished you had a different experience! Thank you for allowing us to follow-up & make it right - we look forward to hosting your return HHI beach vacation!

Beautiful home perfect for a multi family beach trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at many houses on Hilton Head Island and this is one of our favorites. We had four families with lots of kids. The game room was fun for all and out of the way from the rest of the house. It’s an easy walk to the beach even for the little ones. Honestly this rental company is the best. We didn’t have to check in because everything was mailed or emailed to us. I messaged them in the evening that we needed new pots and pans and they messaged me right back and sent someone out the next morning with a box of brand new ones. The hot tub stopped heating and they fixed it ASAP plus reimbursed us for the day it didn’t work. I’m sure things go missing when guests leave the home so it was so nice to contact them and have anything delivered. We nicknamed this house “skinny pool house”, but it’s actually a nice sized pool in my opinion. Thanks for the great vacation!

The Best Family Vacation Home and Wonderful Rental Company

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has been renting on Hilton Head Island every other year as our vacation destination for over 30 years. This was our favorite home yet! As our family keeps growing, our needs for a larger home is needed, as well. Eleven Bald Eagle Road and the Rental Company, Coastal Home and Villa, surpassed our expectations. We ran into an issue with the washing machine during our stay in the home. Without delay, Brandon, reached out to us to rectify the broken washing machine as soon as he was able. He had open communication the entire time and called several times with updates over the 48 hours we were without a working washing machine to give us updates. We will definitely rent this home again and would love to work with Coastal Home & Villas again!

This property was well maintained. Everything was very clean on arrival, one of the cleanest vacation properties we have stayed at. The house was beautiful and was nestled on a quiet street just a short walk to the beach and a short ride to South Beach shops and restaurants. Our stay was fantastic and we have no complaints.

Annual family gathering

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It’s a beautiful well situated home with plenty os space. We have rented it twice over the last few years. It suits our family so well. We love the combined dining living space. The game room is great for kids. And the bedrooms and bath combinations work so well. The kitchen equipment is a little sparse and the single fridge is tight and therange/single oven struggles. For a home that can house a crowd, the kitchen can’t feed as many. I know that’s a need for our family that others aren’t going to share. With youngsters we just can’t eat out and are relian on eating at home. Other than that, we really love the home, and it feels like home to us!

Great House for Family Reunion

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was a perfect "post-covid" reunion house for 8 adults and 4 children! The layout of the house allows everyone privacy and their own bathrooms (there is one jack-and-jill). The game room (converted garage) was especially enjoyed by our 9 and 7 year old grandchildren. We experienced some very cold weather, and had to call the management company regarding a heat issue and a minor pluming issue. They were extremely prompt and very professional. All family members agreed that they'd love to return! Note: If coming in warmer weather, understand that there are 3 houses are under construction across the street.

Great home for multiple families

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at 11 Bald Eagle. The bedroom layout was conducive to multiple families and there were plenty of spaces throughout the house to spread out. The pictures online didn’t reflect that all the bathrooms were recently updated so that was a nice surprise upon arrival. The outdoor space was great and the beach was a short walk. We needed a couple random kitchen items and they were delivered promptly. We would love to stay here again.
