Vacation apartment near the Baltic Sea beach

Welcome to the Baabe! The modern and comfortably furnished holiday apartment Nikola (Non smoking) is 45 square meters and is located only about 500 meters from the fine sandy beach. It has for max. 3 guests with a combined living room / bedroom, kitchenette, bath / shower and wifi. The Baltic resort of Baabe is surrounded by the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve Southeast Rügen with beautiful nature. It is only 300 m to the sandy beach of the Baltic Sea. On arrival fresh towels are ready and the beds are of course already with linen. More details can be found in the description of the apartment. The apartment has a parking lot 150 meters from the house. It is about 500 meters to the public transport bus stop.

Holiday Apartment Nikola:
The holiday apartment NIKOLA with Wi-Fi is about 45 square meters, can accommodate a maximum of 3 guests and was very lovingly, modern and comfortable. About a separate entrance and a staircase leads to the in. 3 Floor located apartment.  In the bright and friendly combined, spacious living room / bedroom has a sofa bed, a TV and a stereo system and a wardrobe. There is also a comfortable double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps. If necessary, the sofa can be put extra for a third guest. In the separate kitchen, a dining table is provided with seating. The modern kitchen with ceramic hob - well equipped 2 fields, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and various kitchen utensils.  Fresh towels are provided upon arrival and the beds are of course already provided with linen and towels. The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet, towel dryer and sink and has daylight.   

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
