Tourist tax must be paid locally.
Bed and bath linen can be ordered upon request.
Security deposit of 150, - € is payable in advance and will be charged with the additional costs. In the New Year's Eve a deposit of 200, - € is due.

In winter and on cooler days you can spend a cozy evening by the crackling modern fireplace. The electric underfloor heating in the basement also ensures pleasant warmth. In the cozy sitting area of ​​the gallery, you can read in peace, if the weather does not play along.

For our little guests, the house is equipped with a high chair, travel cot with additional mattress, children's footstool and children's toilet seat. There are also children's books and children's games, and a DVD player with a selection of children's and adult films is available.
