Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Everything about our stay was good. The location is perfect to hub from to see area wineries and to enjoy Third Street in the evenings. Studio was just right for us. Easy to access and nice to have a reserved parking spot. Everything made our trip better!

Excellent vacation rental

This vacation rental is conveniently located a short walking distance to shopping and dining. It is very comfortable and smartly decorated and in a quiet neighborhood setting. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Very cute and great location

The unit was clean and well decorated. It was very cute and we would recommend staying there. Directions and access instructions were very easy. The only issue was noise from upstairs. They were a bit loud. They were vacuuming after 10pm and we had a weird interaction with someone going into the door/unit next to us.

Great studio!

I have stayed here twice in the past 2-3 years. The studio is very well cared for...it still looks brand new! Beautiful decor, spacious and well appointed for a studio. Quiet, but just a couple of blocks from the beautiful, historic downtown area. Hosts are responsive and great to work with. Check in is as easy as entering the door code from the "welcome" email. Will definately book here again.

Nice Location for Wine Tasting Weekend

We wanted to find a convenient area to do some wine tasting and hiking for the weekend. This property was clean, comfortable and right around the corner to downtown McMinnville. It was not far from many of the wineries and was perfect for what we needed. We did have some trouble with the keypad a couple of times but Vacasa was very helpful when we called to get the problem solved. Some of our favorite spots we discovered while visiting McMinnville: Crescent Cafe, we had a great breakfast there and loved our waiter. Mac Market was a neat place for coffee and a pastry. The Rooftop bar far a beverage. Pizza Capo and Humble Spirit for dinner. Enjoyed wine tasting at Brooks Winery and Stoller, both with incredible views and amazing Pinot Noir. Amazing waterfall hiking at Silver Falls State Park.

Location is great. Property itself is nice. However, they only provided 2 towels for 4 nights - w two people. If you like to be clean, avoid this place. Tried their customer support and they were absolutely adamant- no more towels! Unbelievable.

Clean. Quaint. Great location. Noisy. Bright.

Cellars Suite was in a great location relative to downtown McMinnville, the shops, eating, etc. It was a clean property with a nicely finished interior. There was an issue getting access to the property, which was quickly remedied. The property was extremely noisy. The road noise was heard through the night and the resident above the property must either operate a gym or wear cement shoes. You could hear every step (2:00 am and 4:00 am included) and it woke you every night. Would not recommend for restful sleep or for any light sleepers. The light outside could also be turned off at some point in the night because is shined through (even with the blinds lowered/closed).
