This totally renovated unit is our Beach Blessings! This exquisite beachfront condo is the perfect vacation getaway! This condominium is located on the 18th floor, It’s private balcony offers a gorgeous direct gulf-front view overlooking the gorgeous white Sandy beach and emerald green water of Destin Florida. It is one of the best gulf front views of Destin Beaches, you can see it from our balcony!

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy a quick snack or make a gourmet meal. There is a keurig, and a regular coffee pot for the coffee lovers. With granite countertops, large breakfast bar with expansive views of the emerald water makes this kitchen exceptional.

This condo will exceed your expectations. It is decorated with upscale beach motif. The balcony overlooks the New Zero Entry Pool, along with the amazing gulf view.

It is conveniently located near all the amenities.

Although this is a one bedroom unit, there are accommodations for six. The master bedroom with a plush king sized bed, en-suite bathroom. The hallway has custom recessed bunkbeds , with storage underneath the bottom bunk- perfect for younger guests in your party. There is a second full bathroom, with new gorgeous frameless shower. New vinyl flooring throughout the entire unit.

The sofa is also a queen sized sleep sofa.

This condominium is fully stocked with all the linens and towels that you need for your stay.

The Pelican Beach Resort amenities rivals the best with THREE POOLS, We have the New Zero Entry Pool! We also two addition pools, one pool stays heated. TWO HOT-TUBS a twenty man and an eight man hot tub , tennis courts, pickle ball, newly renovated fitness center, sauna room. We have tiki bar between the beach and pool. They have employees that deliver food and drinks to you! All new EV chargers, on-site cafe, and sundry shop.

This resort is conveniently located in the heart of Destin, with the best restaurants and shopping near. Children’s activities, water sports, and a vibrant nightlife

No animals allowed, this is not a pet friendly resort. If you have a service animal and plan to book this unit, please be aware that there will be an extra $500.00 cleaning fee. We have to make sure everyone has a safe stay in our condos.

Beautiful condo in a fantastic resort! Amazing beach and pools, the view cannot be beat; we enjoyed watching the dolphins every morning from the balcony. We will most definitely stay here on our next visit to Destin.

We were overwhelmed at how beautiful the condo is and the amazing view. Tho that pales in comparison to how beyond stocked with every & anything we could possibly need supplied in the unit for us. We enjoyed a few nights in & cooking breakfast before we headed out to the beach. We highly recommend staying here… we will definitely be back!

The view was perfect, the condo was clean and comfortable. Julie was easy to work with and had great communication. Seamless arrival and departure. Loved the dolphins each morning! The only thing we wished for was for warmer pools- but the facilities were still great. Would recommend and come again!

Always a great experience coming to the Pelican resort. Julie is on point with communication and anything else needed! Beautiful cozy condo, with an amazing view of the water. The rental umbrellas (2or3 rows) block the view of the water. Forcing those with small children to rent. The air conditioning has a mind of its own.That said, the condo was very nice, very clean, & very well equipped with kitchen supplies.

Everything about the condo was just right for two adults. Clean, simple, fresh linens, and a super well stocked kitchen. Wide variety of TV channels to choose from.

We understand the beach chair/umbrella rules can feel restrictive at times- unfortunately, these policies are set by the beach service company and HOA, so we don't have control over them. Julie is a wonderful host! Very quick response times. We appreciated her list of favorite places including restaurants and nightlife. The condo was clean and cozy. The views from the 18th floor are breathtaking. We saw beautiful sunrises and sunsets as well as dolphins and schools of fish! Central to everything. We truly enjoyed our stay.

We are from Oklahoma, we took our first trip to Destin in 2019. Our family fell in love with Destin, and we knew instantly that was where we wanted to be. The soft white sand and the gorgeous emerald green water. It is the most beautiful beach I’ve ever seen !
