3 bedroom house with fenced in yard and pool close to Syracuse

Centrally located corner lot with a large 5 car driveway. 10 minutes from downtown Syracuse and 5 minutes from Oneida lake. Close to all highways, 81, 481 and the thruway. Well equipped kitchen with a gas stove and other cooking accessories. Large fully fenced yard with deck and a large inground pool. (Pool is open seasonally depending on weather. Generally end of May-Oct) Please note as we are dog friendly, there is an additional $75 pet fee per dog. If you did not check the “traveling with pets” box and you show up with a dog, you will be charged $75 due immediately before you can access the property. We do allow small respectful gatherings and holidays, we do not allow parties. As this house is located in a residential neighborhood, quiet time starts at 9pm to respect the neighbors. We are local and will absolutely enforce this rule. If the neighbors complain you will be asked to leave the property and forfeit your payment. Please respect our neighborhood like you live there. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.
