Brand new year round updated house on Chittenango Creek at the Mouth of Oneida Lake NY. Front door is steps to the water. Oneida lake is considered the thumb of the finger lakes and runs east to west. Chittenango Creek is smack dab in the middle at the southern most point of the lake. the creek water runs north into the mouth of the lake and thatā€™s exactly where we are! The fishing is phenomenal.

Fishermanā€™s DREAM! Calling all anglers - fish just outside the front door all along the 150 foot sea wall. BRAND NEW SIXTY FOOT DOCK! Winter Ice fishing /snowmobile trails and four wheeler trails on our street! There are tie ups for boats of all sizes (the channel is 18-20 feet deep) and there is a boat launch and marina down the street.

Full outdoor living space with grill and refrigerator to cook up what you catch!

Relax by the fire at the end of the day.

Kayaks canoe and paddle board included with life jackets.

Plenty of dock space for boats of ALL sizes. Shore power and water available for boats. Newly constructed 60 foot dock!

About five minutes to Point Place Casino.
Seven minutes to Lakeshore Beach.
25 minutes to Sylvan Beach.

Parking available for boats/trailers/trucks/campers or tents.

Both bedrooms overlooks the peaceful serene waters of Chittenango. Relax at the end of the day and watch the beautiful wildlife from across the creek. All different species of birds and water fowl and the occasional mink and beaver! Blue herons/Bald Eagles/Hawk/Osprey/ to name a few.

Ten minutes from grocery stores/restaurants/bars/pizzerias/diners/gas stations.

Living room has a blowup mattress and sectional couch. Main bedroom has windows overlooking the creek. Back bedroom has sliding glass doors out to a patio overlooking the water. Living room has sliding glass doors that lead to outdoor living space and cooking area. Kitchen is equipped with a gas oven/rabge/ fridge with freezer/dishwasher and microwave. Kitchen has all utensils. Brand new cabinets Bathroom has stackable washer and dryer. Towels and bedding provided along with dish soap and laundry soap.

Great little property in amazing location for fishing and boating. Iā€™d give it 5 stars but I had to adjust my week by 2 nights and lost on lots of money however the property listing did have it listed to cancel anything by a certain date and I missed the window so it was on me, but it was a ding since I did still stay 4 nights out of 6. On this lake we tend to get eaten by mosquitoes, however, staying on the creek in this location had way less mosquitoes, which was super nice for sitting outside at night. The outside area could have been a little more cobweb free and more swept up, but for camping vibes it was fine. Iā€™d stay again for the location. Setup inside worked well for my family of 4. Nice kitchen and grill area to eat in. Lots of parking and space for guests.

Amazing property and views! Love that this is just off the Lake so if it gets windy the boat is protected in the water! Love this property and the host is very accommodating! We have rented this place several times and will be renting again!

Communication prior to stay was excellent. Description of certain components may not be 100% accurate as the beds were believed to be Double/Full instead of Queen. There were also spots (especially the bathroom, under window shades, and outside patio area) that could use an extensive cleaning due to cobwebs, but the house overall was clean. The upgrades to the kitchen/living room area were definitely nice and made the inside quaint and helpful.Back bedroom shades are shear and do not allow blockage of much sunlight as that area gets morning sun.Providing guests with recommendations for local establishments (restaurants, grocery stores, entertainment) to better acclimate to the area and have a much more enjoyable stay would be very helpful and appreciated.

Oneida stay

Hosts were very responsive and accommodating, it was pretty quiet for the most part. Outside area around the patio was in a huge need of a cleaning. Dock was nice with the exception of a broken chair that could cause issues if it is not fixed or replaced.

Excellent fishing cabin!

What an excellent place to stay for the 3 of us. We were able to clean and grill our catch right outside all in one spot which made it super easy and fun. Having the dock to be able to tie the boat up and fish from was great! Everything we needed was there and easily accessible. Any questions we had were answered right away by our hosts. Our host even went out of their way to give us some bait and show us where to fish. It was an overall excellent stay for a fishing camp with the guys! Canā€™t wait to go back!!

Winter getaway

Great little get away!!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at My Blue Heaven, very relaxing and peaceful. We were only able to stay for a long weekend, so we didn't get to enjoy all this property has to offer, but having my coffee while sitting on the deck by the water became my favorite morning routine! Julie and Eric were very attentive and responded quickly to any requests or questions we had about the property. Would recommend!!!

Fantastic get away with everything you could want

We had a great stay at the property and made many memories with friends and family. It feels very secluded and private yet is actually just minutes from great resturants, stores etc. Several great areas to relax and just a wonderful outside area with firepits and a very nice new dock. Mornings on the dock with coffee and a book were just idyllic and relaxing. If your looking for a place to just unwind this is it. Owners are super friendly and respond to question immediatly. Would not hesitate to stay again. Thank you!

Beautiful cozy lake house

My partner and I stayed here over the weekend for our wedding at Green Lakes Park. It was an easy 20 minute drive to Green Lakes and such a good place to have for relaxing before and after. Our groomsmen were delighted by the dock and there was an extra fishing pole in case they didn't bring their own. Beautiful fire pit looking out at the lake. The hosts were so easy to get in contact with and extremely welcoming. I enjoyed it so much I am already thinking about booking again for our first wedding anniversary!

I have rented this place for a week for the last few years and, have to say, this time was my best time! The improvements they have made along with the new dock area, combined with outdoor gathering area makes it a place I will look to rent every year.

Relaxing Week

We stayed at Julie and Ericā€™s place for the week to spend some down time boating and fishing on Oneida Lake. While the last few days, the weather did not cooperate for boat time, we had everything we needed in the house. The outdoor living space was fantastic to entertain and relax in, even in the rain. Also, having the new dock out front to keep our boat was super convenient. Boat launch is a few houses down which made things super easy. And our dog was welcome. :)

Oneida Lake Charmer

This lake house has all you need for a wonderful vacation. The owners have thought of everything from a well stocked kitchen, comfortable bedding & supplied linens. The outdoor space is amazing with a brand new dock complete with Adirondack chairs and umbrellas for those hot summer days. There is also a beautiful shaded area under the gazebo and an outdoor kitchen. Kayaks and stand up paddle board are on site as well. The house is on the channel just a short distance to the lake. Perfect location! The owners were quick to respond to all comunications. Highly recommended!

Oneida Lake is truly spectacular. From the early morning wildlife to the jaw dropping sunsets. As anglers of all seasons we were in awe of the fishing. We catch and cook everything from the lake from walleye to perch to bass. Ice fishing here and snowmobiling is unparalleled to anywhere else weā€™ve been.

Two seconds to the opening of the majestic Oneida Lake. Trails for snowmobiling/UTVS/ATVs. Ice fishing. Paddle boarding/ kayaking/swimming. A beach five minutes away. The famous Sylvan beach is a 25 minute drive. Amazing restaurants nearby and shopping centers. Itā€™s the perfect little place in the world to us šŸ’• We call it our Blue Heaven.
