Lakefront home away from home with hot tub

Elizabeth and her guest were absolutely atrocious!! They left garbage on the floor, there was food left on the counters and there were ants feeding on it, there was garbage left on the floor such as wrappers and used q-tips, dirty dishes left in the sink and garbage left in the house after I requested that she take it out prior to leaving! As for the damages my hot tub cover was trashed, the front door closure was ripped out (and the door casing was not rotted) the Schlage door lock selector was stripped, one of my artificial trees was snapped in half and the house was filthy!! I can honestly say that I have NEVER had anyone leave my house this atrocious!!!! Receipts were provided to VRBO as well as pictures!! CAUTION,CAUTION,CAUTION!!! Do NOT rent to this individual!!

Craig and his guests were absolutely amazing. They were very respectful and communication was fabulous. It was a delight having them stay at my lake house. Definitely a 5 star. Please come back and stay again.

Hi there Teshe. First and foremost I’m so glad you enjoyed your stay!! I am not aware of my listing stating that there is a pool!! I did look again as I thought I may have overlooked something but I couldn’t find it. Would you mind letting me know where you saw it?? I just don’t want other guests to be misled. Thank you soo much!!

The bathroom on the lower level has ventilation and it is cleaned with bleach after each guest. Maybe the smell that you were smelling could have been the dog poop that you wiped on my rug in the foyer while I was present!!! Also, the house was left in a horrible condition with bags of garbage stacked up in the kitchen and running onto the floor!! You clearly knew where the trash cans were as you had thrown your dogs feces in them while I was present!! You also complained that the cushions were not on the patio furniture, and I had explained that I keep them in the deck box so that they do not get wet and moldy!! Upon my return to my lake house, I see that you had left all of the patio cushions out, and they were saturated!! I had also told you not to allow your dog on the furniture and it’s quite obvious that the dog was on the bed in the master bedroom as the comforter was stained and covered with dog hair!!! Caution, caution, caution, to all hosts. I would not recommend this individual as a guest!!! I will be requesting additional funding for the cleaning and the replacement of my deck lounge as that was damaged as well!!
