Our 3BR at Beach Place Resorts (at John's Pass) is available along with our 2BR in the same complex!

A FANTASTIC unit! If you are going to the beach THIS is YOUR unit!!!!

We continue to be approved for rentals, during the pandemic!! Come stay at the beach!! Shops, restaurants and fun is still happening in Madeira Beach, Florida!

Beautiful air-conditioned 3BR/2BA located @ Beach Place Condos, right on the gulf of Madeira Beach, FL, directly across from John's pass boardwalk which features shops, restaurants and bars.

Condo features King size bed in the master and two Queen-sized beds in guest room #1, and an additional Queen-sized bed in the private guest room #2. The Master has a luxurious walk-in shower and the other bathroom has a tub/shower combo (if you want that bath).

Our 3rd story view from the balcony is of fantastic Madeira Beach!!. You are adjacent to the pool and can easily keep an eye on all the action! It is accessible from the family room, as well as, a private access from the Master Bedroom. It has a great view of the pool, the entire beach, and part of the harbor/bridge, as well as up the gulf. Sunsets are amazing here!!!

To keep you cool, we installed the a Ceiling Fan on our deck. Enjoy!

Nice Kitchen has all you will need, including appliances. a frig with ice machine and water, as well as a Keurig that does single or pot O' Java. We have Flat screens in all rooms: Family Room, Master Bedroom, & both Extra Bedrooms. There is a DVD in Family Room, and Free WiFi throughout the Condo, as well as, the Pool area. Our fans in every room, as well as on the deck, is nice for extra air circulation and comfort wherever you are at.

Need to do some laundry while here? No problem....we have a washer and dryer IN the unit. Feel free to use it!

Heated pool located right next to the beach. Area has been recently redone and looks great!

**No pets allowed** Sorry....bring the rest of your family though!!

It is a great condo and books quickly. Beach & John's Pass shops just feet away!

Books FAST and well in advance, so make sure you *contact Todd or Cheryl and get your reservation in!

PLEASE NOTE:

From January to April, we prefer to rent this unit as a minimum of 7-14 days (same as Beach Place), and give extra discounts on the 14-day or one month + stays. Same is true for holidays.

We had a great stay at this location. The location couldn't have been any better....steps from the beach and across the street from John's Pass. The unit was clean and we all enjoyed our stay. The units owners were very nice and contacted us before our stay and the staff at the condo were super nice as well. I would definitely recommend this place!

Good overall had some issues with elevator being down most of the stay and asphalt work but all in all place is well equipt and the views and beach are spectacular. Very nice being in walking distance to shopping and dining.

Extended Family Vacation

Having that extended family vacation that we always put off. We celebrated our parents lives with the vacation they always wanted us to have. Our condo was in a prime location and was easy to walk or drive to activities and restaurants. Beach was clean and large and had easy access from the condo. And the pool area had plenty of sitting and had several covered tables and chairs. The condo was large and clean and very family oriented with games and a stocked kitchen.

Great Location

The location of this property is tremendous, right on the beach with a small balcony looking at the Gulf. Its also directly across the street from Johns Pass. The owner was great, responded quickly, and the management office was friendly. The building is older, and in some places it shows. Most of the unit has been updated and its very nice. I don't have anything too negative to say, the place is great, I just couldn't give it a perfect score.

Not what we expected.

This property did not feel safe when we arrived. Elevators to condo were not working, but boarded up. Room had musty smell. Building is quite dated and in an area with public access which may be great for some but was not on the afternoon we checked in. We ended up not staying there as my friends felt uncomfortable. I never heard from owner again sadly. We ended up finding a much nicer place in Indian Rocks at the last minute

Great view, great space, great location.

This condo was excellent. The rooms were spacious and the views were amazing! The location was also ideal being right across from John’s Pass with the restaurants and shops. The office staff and maintenance workers were super helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful Condo Right on the Beach

The condo is very nice and true to the pictures! The bedrooms are large, the bathrooms clean, the living room/dining room spacious, and the kitchen space was excellent. The view off the balcony is beautiful! There was a glitch with the office when we arrived and we were unable to access the lock box for the condo info. The owner was very helpful and assisted us in contacting the management office to get the needed info. Communication with the owner before and throughout our stay was excellent. Unfortunately, due to Hurricane Helene, we had to depart early. We hope that the condo withstood the hurricane and would definitely stay there again.

Family vacation/getaway

We ended up choosing to vacation here as a result of changing our minds on a cruise. After already obtaining our airfare. We truly enjoyed every minute of our time there. The condo was very nice and a beautiful view of the beach. The only thing that we all felt that should be considered is. The one dining chair has a leg that has been repaired and is not very secure. Could potentially break. And result in someone being injured. The other is the couch and live seat are very low sitting. And for anyone with bad knees or other “older person” ailments. Was a bit of a problem getting up from. It would be very beneficial to consider upgrading both items. Outside of that. The place was great! We were sure to bring the business card with us for future reference. Thank you. Bryan & Teresa Hallgren

Perfect location for sunset

We had a wonderful stay at 308 Beach Place. The location is perfect, you can walk to just about anything. The condo itself is nicely decorated and beach themed, and we had everything we needed. It was more than enough room for our family of 6 . Owner was awesome and quick to reply to any questions I had, the property building staff were kind during check in. My only complaint has nothing to do with the condo itself, but the elevators were so small and so slow and hot and it was kind of an issue when carrying beach gear and luggage up and down. The wait was sometimes 10-15 minutes. Overall, I give this place 10/10 though, we will be back for sure!!!!

Perfect Location

We had an incredible stay! The condo had everything we needed including supplies for the beach. It was a great location. With John's Pass right across the street, we had plenty to do and lots of restaurant options without needing to drive anywhere. There were 5 of us girls, we had plenty of room. We had a blast!

Great Beach Place

This was a very nice place with a great location! Beach chairs, toys, extra fans were all provided. Half way through the stay the refrigerator stopped working but staff got it fixed. Also some of the ceiling fans didn’t have pull strings or and the light bulbs were out but there were two extra box fans which came in handy! The floors were very clean but it was very dusty and the toilets had to be cleaned again by us in the bowls. The view is fantastic and again the location is perfect! Right by Johns Pass and all the fun! You can tell this is a used unit which makes me happy because people need to see the beach! However, it needs some love and TLC.

Family vacation

Great location! Walkability to shops and restaurants was perfect. Our adult children were able to come and go without needing a car. Like other reviewers we wished there were some items like oil, paper towels, etc. Nonperishable things left from other guests would be helpful. We left paper towels, plastic wrap and foil for the next folks. We would definitely go back!

This property is exactly as described in the advertisement. It is right on the beach and across the street from shops and restaurants so you don't need a car.

Although we love Colorado, you can't help nut enjoy the beach, so we bought a condo at John's Pass/Madiera Beach and have loved spending time here!

My wife and I have been married for over 26 years and have two great kids, Alexis and Marc. The rest of the family is AJ's rabbit (Thumper), our trustful pooch (Dakota), and his recently rescued brother, Homer the Brave.

We would love to have you down to have a stay at our unit and we know you will love it!

A nice deck fan will keep you cool on the balcony while watching people in the pool or just watching the surf!!

Our unit is just a few feet away from the pool and beach....trust me...you can see it from your 3rd level balcony. ;-)

Across street from a number of shops, restaurants, or bars....you won't need to drive anywhere.

It is a family owned unit that we treat as a home, which we rent out for other people to enjoy. Come relax!
