Villa Vista's spacious design (6000 sq. ft. of living space) provides excellent privacy to couples, while allowing for families, and friends to unwind and spend quality time together making lasting memories. Sprawling verandas, extensive outdoor pool area, and spectacular ocean views, bring the beach, Caribbean Sea, and St Bart's directly to you! While the property offers complete privacy, it is still within close proximity to vibrant restaurants, beach clubs, nightlife, and entertainment for those interested travelers.

Villa Vista's attention to detail, such as Turkish Travertine flooring inside and out, marble counter tops throughout, new modern furnishings and accessories, eighteen foot high ceilings, tiki hut, swimming pool, exercise equipment, and tropical landscaping, make this property one of St Martin's best for affordable luxury. This sophisticated villa, has four large bedroom suites, each with in suite bathroom, with large stand alone shower. Each of the four suites feature new Heavenly King mattresses. A great night's sleep is paramount to any restful holiday. We supply luxury linens, towels, beach towels, fluffy robes, hair dryers, and a selection of fully stocked toiletries. Each of the four bedroom suites, provides guests with privacy, stunning ocean views, and verandas with comfortable furnishings and seating. If you are 4 couples visiting together, each couple can be assured, to get the same amazing accommodations and views! It is our pleasure to add additional bedding to a parents room for a child under 3 at no additional fee. Premium bedding for two additional adult guests can be added.

The gourmet kitchen is bright, modern, and well appointed. Even the most seasoned chef will find everything they are looking for! Even a stocked working spice drawer for your cooking convenience . We offer Chef services, as described below and provide a stainless steel grill for outside cooking. The kitchen boasts a large floor to ceiling window that serves the pool. The kitchen pass through has an adjoining marble counter, lined with bar stools, poolside. There are several dining options, which include an indoor classic tropical dining area, seating ten. A covered alfresco dining section on the upper pool deck that seats ten, at a teak dining table. The flowering, rear mountain garden, has a breakfast table seating four, and there is an additional dining table with seating on the lower veranda.
The villa has multiple terraces and verandas, for gazing out on the beach, azure ocean waters, and the island of St Bart's. There is a flowering mountain garden deck, that is accessed from the French doors in the living room.
The great room is large, bright, and airy, furnished in island contemporary décor. There is a 52 inch smartflat screen TV. We also supply Dish Network Premium and over 500 current DVD's for entertainment. Stay connected with free WIFI supplied throughout the villa, extending onto the verandas. Phone service from Vonage will allow you to make and receive calls free to and from the US and Canada.

You can have an energizing workout at the small gym, with qualty exercise equipment, including an Elliptical machine, rowing machine, full assortment of weights. mats and balls.

There is a full size laundry room with two large capacity washers and two dryers. If you prefer we can secure a laundress to do all your personal effects for a small fee.

There is a car park adjacent to the entry courtyard, that can accommodate five cars. Villa Vista is a gated estate in a 24 hour manned gated community, where security is a priority.

You will never be without power during your stay! The home is equipped with a 50K automatic generator that will seamlessly power the home in the event of an island outage. Each window and door has an automatic electric roller shutter for added security and hurricane storm protection. Each suite has a mounted combination safe.

Your experience and relaxation are very important to us. We strive to create a stress free environment where you can relax, indulge and really enjoy yourself. At Villa Vista we want you to begin enjoying your holiday even before you leave home. We will provide detailed communications. We will make sure you are aware of all the island has to offer in advance. It is our pleasure to provide complimentary assistance in helping you plan, arrange, and book staff, services, and excursions, provided this is done at least 30 days in advance. We are well known on island and will be happy to recommend and book your dining experiences, insuring you are properly welcomed at the island’s best establishments.

We have a skilled, professional Property Manager. Natesha and her team are available to you 24/7 to address any villa related needs. We will meet you upon arrival at your car rental. We recommend leasing a car, regardless of where you stay on island. We will then lead you to the villa and assist you in settling in, and becoming comfortable with the amenities. Maid service is provided twice for weekly rentals, and the final cleaning is included. Sheets and bedding are changed on a weekly basis. Daily and expanded maid service is available for an additional fee, as well as mid week sheet service.
Too tired to eat out? Let us arrange for a French Chef to shop, prepare, and serve an elegant four course dinner, under the stars on the veranda for a night to remember! Or simply provide a snack when you return from the beach, or a casual pool side luncheon.
We can offer babysitting services with a known, screened family associate. Our massage therapist, and his partners have been providing a professional massage experience at the villa for over a decade, and can be booked for individual, and couples massage on the private veranda. The gardens are maintained by a professional Gardner weekly and plants are watered every other day by the Gardner's assistant. The pool will be cleaned twice during the week.

Our quoted rates are based on up to 8 guests staying in our 4 bedroom suites. Discounts may be available for smaller groups, at specific times during the year. Please inquire. We only rent to one group at a time and your party will be the sole occupants of the estate.
