Boasting turquoise ocean views and plenty of green space, this contemporary Five-bedroom home in Terres Basses is one of our must-stay St. Martin villas. Famous for its white sandy-beaches and temperate climate, its vibrant nightlife, and his multi-culture, the island of St. Martin is sure to make for an unforgettable tropical retreat.

In this modern villa, you’ll find a large terrace overlooking the property’s garden and towards the distant sea. Pick from one of the many comfy loungers or hammock that surround the large swimming pool and sip on a cocktail. The pool is also a perfect spot for night swimming, thanks to underwater lighting. Under the covered patio, you will find a large sitting area as well as a dining table, perfect for enjoying an alfresco meal while watching a sunset.

The interior of the home is modern with an airy, open-concept spacious room, soaring high ceilings, stylish furnishings. The living room opens up to the terrace and includes design furnishings. The TV room has soft plush cushions surrounding a flatscreen TV. From here, you will walk through an open doorway and find yourself in the white spacious fully equipped kitchen looking out onto the terrace.

With four well-appointed four identically sized bedrooms located on the same level around the pool, and 1 independent studio with 2 double beds above the villa will accommodate up to 12 guests. All the suites feature king size beds, large en-suite bathrooms, dressing, safe and air conditioning, making this an ideal destination for a group of friends.

The vibrant capital, Marigot is a short 10-minute drive away and features brightly colored homes, restaurants and craft markets. Maho, with its bars, nightclubs, restaurants is also 10 min drive.

This villa was absolutely breathtaking! The concierge service and house keeping were phenomenal! I can't say enough for how grateful i am to have had the opportunity to stay here. A slice of Paradise

Amazing villa with 180 degree view of plumb bay. Well appointed rooms. We also rented the lower level suite to accommodate our family Sunsets were amazing. The lower suite had been renovated so was a bit different than what we had planned for but still worked out great. Very friendly concierge helped arrange for private chef dinner prepared on site. Highly recommend

Great Stay

We just Returned from our stay, and had an absolutely wonderful time. The home is exactly as pictured online. There are four separate bedrooms, which allow for privacy for groups. The pool was immaculate. Minor issues which arose during the state were addressed immediately by the property owner. The only criticism would be that it would be nice to have more things like board games or backyard games.

The property is beautful! The layout open and comfortble with a constant breeze through out the entire main area. The view of the ocean and the sunsets were amazing . The management attended to any request and were instrumental in booking private boat tours, shopping and reestaurant suggestions. I highly recommend this property! John and Stacey run a tight ship!

As soon as you walk in the Views are Breathtaking !! rooms are all the same size , very comfortable all overlooking the pool.. the kitchen was an open format a little outdated but great to cook and see everyone having fun , 5th room downstairs is a little scary for my daughter and friend but overall a great stay ..

Beautiful property in a gated community.

Beautiful home w. incredible amenities. Walking distance to beach with a short drive to the town should you want to venture out. We were a party of 9 (2 families) and it was perfect! In addition, Stacy and John were great to work with. Though we had some minor issues, they were quickly resolved thanks to the great communication.

The home fit our 11 family members very comfortably. There was even and extra sweet down stairs that we didn't even use. Had everything we needed for a great stay Would stay there again. Thanks for the great 10days.

12/10 would recommend!!! Don’t think or look any further, book this villa! It’s looks EXACTLY like the pictures. It’s even better in person honestly. I came here with 8 of my friends for my bachelorette trip and it was EVERYTHING!!! PLENTY of space. Gated. The concierge, Stacey, was BEYOND helpful, and John the host was available whenever I needed him before and during the trip! I can’t wait to come back!!

Beautiful House, Lovey Stay

Great house for adult groups. There are 4 bedrooms each with own bath and each room with own sliding glass door entry from the outside space. Lots of places to spread out or to have group time. We had a great time. Highly recommend this beautiful home.

Awesome Stay!

The villa is exactly as pictured with spectacular view of the sea. Excellent sunset views over the water. Great for a group of friends or extended family, as en-suite rooms provide privacy. The open concept of the living/dinning area to the outside space is really spectacular! We really never sat in the large indoor living area or TV room because it transitions into the outdoor space with couches and large dinning table.The villa is located in a large gated community and it is a good central location to Marigot and Simpson Bay. There is a pretty beach about 2 minute drive from the villa (within the gates of the community). No chair or umbrella rental so it might be too hot to spend the day without, but good for a swim or a walk! There is a small parking area at the entrance of the beach. We would definitely stay again, with the only critique being that the kitchen was a little outdated and could use some appliance upgrades. However it is large with plenty of space to cook and still take in the amazing view of the outdoors and the sea !!

Unbelievably Beautiful & Gorgeously Decorated Property

First of all, the property managers, John & Gwen, were absolutely fantastic. They both promptly responded to all inquiries, were patient, inviting, and warm. No communication was a bother. Any difficulties while on the property were promptly responded to in less than 15 minutes and immediately corrected without any questions or negativity. Daily housekeepers were absolutely fantastic. They daily cleaned the bathrooms, kitchen, and bedrooms; and provided daily clean towels. Having a washer and dryer was very helpful, as was all the cooking utensils one can imagine! We cooked numerous meals for eight adults without want for any dish or utensils! We even discovered formal china in the dining room cupboards! The European oven with its electronic screen was difficult for all to figure out, but watching a Youtube video took care of that issue. All bedrooms were beautifully and tastefully decorated with all having ocean views. A 10 minute walk resulted in the arrival at a beautiful private beach! Some beach chairs at the house would have been nice, but beach towels were provided. The pool is beautiful and clean, warm and inviting, and the pool furniture was relaxing and comfortable. The statues in combination with the furniture around the pool area were beautiful and reminiscent of the beautiful pool hotels on Mykonos and Ibiza! No complaints and only positive thoughts regarding the host, housekeepers, and the property. I was very, very, very pleased with the house and would recommend it without any hesitations to all.

Beautiful Home for our Family

This home looks as beautiful in person as it does in the pictures. It is indoor/outdoor living at its best! The design was perfect for us: Grandparents, two sons, their wives and children. All of the bedrooms are truly suites with luxurious baths and large closets. The pool was used every day and was so relaxing. The alarm system on the pool is an added feature when you have children. There was so many comfortable seating arrangements outside including a hammock. The neighborhood is a gated community consisting of beautiful villas. The beach was exactly a 7 minute walk and most times we had Plum Bay beach almost all to ourselves. We drove a few times with our beach gear and always found parking. We believe that having a car is almost required since it may be hard to get taxis to the gated community. The grocery store was 10 minutes away and the selection and prices were very good. Also discovered that in this shopping center was freshly baked croissants; too bad we didn't know sooner. We took advantage of the offerings from the concierge: pre-stocked groceries and a personal chef at the house one night. Both we highly recommend. We cooked in almost every night since it was relaxing just to stay and enjoy the house.

WOW !!!!

From the moment we entered Giselle villa I knew we were going to have a wonderful vacation. From the start Gwen and John worked hard to make our vacation relaxing. They arranged transport from St Maarten airport to the villa. The cars we rented were waiting for us(also handled by Gwen) at the villa The view from the front door was amazing clear through the house to Plum bay. The house exceeded our high expectations. Every bedroom was set up as a master, all on suite two with private bathroom and dressing area. The house was stocked with Drinks and snacks so no need to rush to the store. Kitchen was fully stocked and there was a BBQ grill outside. We came to GISELLE villa with our adult children and throughly enjoyed our week. We will be back!!

villa with A VIEW!!

Giselle villa has an outstanding location and has everything that you would want in a villa. It is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy friends and family when not at one of Sint Maarten’s beautiful beaches or dining in one of the many fabulous restaurants. The pool and outdoor space are perfect as are the beautiful sunset views from the infinity pool. Because it is located above Plumb Bay, it is a convenient drive to anyplace on the island, whether heading to Red Bay or Long Bay. It is very close to both Cupecoy, which offer many restaurants and services. The rooms are spacious and well-furnished. Gwen and John, the staff, work to make your stay a “bit of paradise.” All of the staff are friendly and willing to help you with whatever comes up. If you have never rented a private villa before, do not hesitate to rent this one because John will make it a stress-free experience. Thanks to all for helping make our third trip to Sint Maarten a memorable one.

Fantastic Villa in an ideal setting

I don't normally write reviews but felt impelled to do so on this occasion. Whichever photo you look at on the listing does NOT do it justice.... 1.The Villa - is large and spacious with a number of different outside places / settings to eat, drink and relax...the gardens and grounds are also well kept and alot bigger than the photo's suggest.. 2. The pool is lovely and the view is just perfect - a great place to enjoy a Red Stripe in one of the inflatable chairs!! 3. The Staff - are all really lovely people- attentive, caring and great at what they do -make your stay very easy, relaxing and enjoyable... Enjoy!

Giselle villa is a place you will want to return to again and again. The setting is fantastic and the house is perfectly situated for the most beautiful sunsets. Even though the pool and ocean are great and you will spend plenty of time there, you will not believe how much time you will spend on the beautiful patio/verandah. You will probably never want to leave this beautiful spot but if you do, you are close to Marigot (the capital of the french side) and porto Cupecoy with amazing restaurants with marina view The staff at this villa is top . Fantastic property, in a safe, gorgeous, quiet location

We were five couples, one couple with two kids, and this property was perfect. All rooms were masters with lots of room and comfortable king beds. The space was great for group meals and plenty of room for when we decided to cook individually. Having a pool was a must, but also a short walk to the beach. Couldn't have asked for anything better!

Holiday stay for 12 people AMAZING

The sunsets and ocean views were amazing. The accommodations plentiful. Gwen was so helpful before our arrival and during our stay. THANK YOU! The house was clean, kitchen well stocked, and outdoor/pool area so spacious. Open layout made it nice for 12 people to be together but not in each others space. Pool was not heated, but weather was warm enough during the day that the cooler water was refreshing. Our only complaint was the ice maker in the freezer could not keep up with ice needs of 12 people. ( a separate ice machine might work better). Two convenient markets near the house, but they were pricey. Recommend to shop at the large grocery store a little further away. 3 families - 12 people total had an amazing holiday week at Villa Giselle!

We just left this 5 stars property and wish we could stay longer. Really convenient for a friends stay, each bedroom offers privacy and a different decoration. The view from pool/terrace is amazing and jacuzzi is a must.
