This is such a beautiful property! The host Alex met us at the house and went over the home with us. He was very helpful and very responsive. The house was conveniently located to restaurants, wine shops and grocery stores. The rooms were big and each bedroom had a bathroom which was very nice! The beds were very comfortable and every room had a great view! I loved the work out room down stairs as well. After the beach we would make a cheese and meat tray and everyone would hang out in the pool and relax. The view was amazing! I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!

The Villa was exactly as described (the views truly can’t be beat) and we loved every minute of our stay. It was a great location for our home base for the trip, with lots of great areas to explore close by. Great amount of space for our group and even better that each room had its own bathroom and walk out deck/seating area. Alex was a great host and helped answer a lot of my questions before we arrived and met us at the Villa for check in to go over everything and set us up for a great stay. Loved St. Martin and hope to go back!

This property makes you feel like you’re in a travel magazine. Bright, spacious, comfortable and just a gorgeous property. The pergolas have electric shades so there is lots of shade available outside. We enjoyed the comfy loungers by the pool daily. The owner/host Alex was wonderful to deal with as well!

This beautiful villa was everything it was billed to be in the description on Vrbo. Our host, Alex, was always available by text for any little thing we needed, although we didn’t need much of anything. He was also very helpful in making restaurant recommendations, a recommendation for a private chef that catered a dinner and a lunch for us, and for beach reservations very close by the villa. The location was perfect, and the views of Orient Bay were stunning. Everything that we needed was very close by whether it be a supermarket, many different restaurants, and beautiful beaches. We would highly recommend this gorgeous location!

Killer view; beautiful pool/patio area. Loved spending time outside, and the location was perfect. Just a 3 minute drive to all of the shops/restaurants in Orient Bay village. Would definitely recommend this property.

The house was simply amazing. The view from the hill with our own private pool and four gorgeously appointed bed/bath suites made our week HEAVEN. Alex was great, met us at the property when we first arrived and gave us the quick run down on lights, etc. and was available for any small questions we had with prompt responses. The property was immaculate and we enjoyed every minute. Can't wait to go back some day!!!

Overall, the villa itself was beautiful and just as pictured, but there were several issues that affected our stay.The biggest problem was that most of the bathrooms did not have hot water throughout our stay. Every day we had to use a single bathroom for showers because the others only had cold water. I contacted the host about this issue, but my messages were left on read and I never received a response or resolution.The power also went out multiple times while we were closing the shutters at night. I do want to note that the owner responded quickly and came to the villa to assess the situation, which was appreciated.Housekeeping was another area that could be improved. The housekeeper arrived at random times without any notice and attempted to enter the bedrooms while we were getting ready for scheduled activities. When I asked if she could let us know approximately what time she would return on future days so we could plan accordingly, she was unable to provide any timeframe or communicate a schedule.Overall, while the villa has a lot of potential, better communication from the host, consistent hot water in all bathrooms, and a more organized housekeeping schedule would have made for a much more enjoyable stay.

Here's a cleaner version: Honestly, I believe you simply want a free stay, and that is why you are requesting a refund based on several inaccurate points. **Hot water** The hot water was working before your arrival, and it worked perfectly again during housekeeping today. I believe you were not setting the mixer tap to the correct position and were simply turning the water on. If the tap is set to cold, you will of course wait a long time before any hot water comes through. You sent your message on Friday morning, yet you had arrived on Tuesday afternoon. Housekeeping came Friday morning to test it and show you how it works. **Power** I came by Friday night for the tripped breaker, and I returned Saturday afternoon to check that everything was fine. On both occasions I was in the villa, and you said nothing to me about the water. **Housekeeping** Housekeeping comes three times a week, always between 10 am and 12 pm. She has worked in the villa for eight years, and I have never once received a complaint about her. You are welcome to check all of my reviews since 2012. We are very attentive to our guests and responsive whenever necessary.

We stayed at Villa Turquoze for a couples trip of 8. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at thjis beautiful resort in St. Martin. The villa itself was stunning (just like the pictures on the site. The layout was spacious and inviting, the pool was perfect, and the views were truly breathtaking, Everything about the accommodation exceeded our expectations.

We loved our stay! The house is amazing and the views are second to none! You could spend your entire week in Orient Bay. The beaches are beautiful and there are great restaurants in the village!

Perfect place to stay on the island!

Our group had the best time! The place is even better than in pictures! Alex was so helpful with any little issue that arose, and accommodated all of our needs during our trip. We will absolutely be back.

The property was even better than expected. The view from every room was amazing. Location is convenient and very close to the beach and a few other places we like to visit in St Martin.

Another amazing stay!

This is the 2nd time we stayed at the villa and we'll continue to go back. Everything is amazing - from the home itself, pool, view, location, owners, value, etc. I cannot say enough good things about this place! Highly recommend.

An amazing stay

Except for the mosquitoes, and nobody can influence that, we have no complaints. Only compliments: spacious, beautiful, clean, everything is there, lovely swimming pool and a great view.

Amazing stay!

Villa turquoze is an AMAZING property. It is beautifully furnished, perfect location and Alex the host was great. Check in was seamless and Alex even helped us arrange for our rental car, highly recommend Nono car rental agency. The property had everything we needed and more. We travel extensively and this is by far one of our favorite properties, we can’t wait to return!
