Welcome to our stunning two-bedroom condo room with a balcony! Imagine waking up to breathtaking views every morning and enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while taking in the beautiful scenery. Our balcony two-bedroom condos are perfect for families, groups of friends, or anyone looking for extra space and comfort.
Our spacious condo is tastefully decorated with modern furnishings and features a plush king-sized bed, queen-sized bed, one Murphy, one sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The condo also comes with a private bathroom that is equipped with a tub/shower, fluffy towels, and complimentary toiletries to ensure that you have everything you need during your stay.
But the real highlight of our two-bedroom condo is the balcony, where you can enjoy the fresh air and stunning views of the gulf. It's the perfect spot for a quiet moment of relaxation, or to soak up the sun.

Watch For Hidden Fees!!!

Be careful of the hidden fees that will be deducted from your security deposit.Upon checking out, the host, accused me of withholding 3 bath towels. I politely responded that I did not take the towels and asked if she perhaps mixed up my rental with another one. She was adamant that she didn’t make a mistake. I was told they were going to deduct the cost of 3 towels from my security deposit. I completely understand that if anything was missing it would be deducted from my security deposit, however, I find it extremely inappropriate and unprofessional to accuse a guest of stealing and attack their character. When I asked if I could come to the property to discuss the issue in person, since I was very taken aback by the accusations, I was told that if I came to the property, the police would be called. I was appalled at the extreme lack of customer service.I would recommend finding another place to stay as they will look for ways to withhold as much of your security deposit as possible.I’m local to the area and went there for a staycation. I didn’t even pack a bag, I only brought a change of clothes. If they are willing to treat one of their own this way, I can only imagine how somebody coming in from out of town would be treated.

The property was clean, easy to access, and located well for our trip. The host was easy to reach and even contacted me as extra days became available. Loved the area and will definitely be back!

Perfectly nice, basic little apartment.

This is an interesting little property on a side road on Matlacha Island. It is on a spit of land with a dozen or so houses, most of which are quite high end. The building itself is older, more like an apartment building rather than a motel. Not much to look at driving up, but they have done a pretty good job with the courtyard, which has a nice little pool and a seating area down by the water. There is a ladder to go in the water (it is not a beach) but we were pretty sure we saw crocs, so maybe not a good idea to swim. The view of the bay is limited by a big, ugly black fishing boat on a hoist for the house next door. The property could use a bit of clearing out of some things like old bbqs/smokers, etc. There are also some unlicensed vehicles stored on adjacent property. Main bed quite comfy, second bed not so much. Bathroom again functional as was full-sized kitchen. Minimally equipped kitchen - perfectly functional.
