This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a convertible sofa bed to lounge and relax.



The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer/dryer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.



The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.



The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, clean towels and complimentary toiletries (including shampoo, soap)



The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.



The flat also has a free cot and a free booster seat.

The Neighborhood:

The 19th arrondissement of Paris, and more particularly the district around rue Secrétan, is a vibrant and bustling place, ideal for those looking for a lively Parisian life while remaining close to nature and green spaces.



Located near the Bolivar (line 7bis) and Jaurès (lines 2, 5 and 7bis) metro stations, the area benefits from excellent public transport connections. You will also be a stone's throw from numerous bus lines and Vélib' stations, ideal for getting around easily throughout Paris.



One of the most beautiful parks in the capital, the Buttes-Chaumont, is a few minutes' walk away. This emblematic place is perfect for nature lovers, jogging, or simply to enjoy a peaceful stroll with a breathtaking view of Paris from its belvedere.



Rue Secrétan and its surroundings are full of local shops, cozy cafés, and restaurants offering a wide variety of cuisines. You will also find the Secrétan Market, a renovated historic place, where you can do your shopping in a friendly and modern atmosphere.

Getting around easily from the neighborhood

The area around 84 rue Secrétan is particularly well served, making it easier to travel throughout Paris and beyond. Here is an overview of the transportation options available to you:



Metro:

Bolivar (line 7bis): Only a few minutes on foot, this line allows you to quickly reach major Parisian transport connections.

Jaurès (lines 2, 5 and 7bis): A real transport hub offering direct access to major destinations such as Gare du Nord, République and Place de Clichy.

Colonel Fabien (line 2): Another practical option, particularly for trips to the east and west of Paris.

Bus :

Numerous bus lines serve the area, offering quick and direct alternatives to reach key places in the capital. Among them, lines 26, 48 and 60 are the closest.



Vélib’:

Other Things to Note:

- In case of a same-day reservation (arrival on the day of booking), the apartment may be ready from 7:00 PM instead of the standard check-in time indicated on the listing..

- Subject to availability, we offer optional luggage storage and late check-out services to make your stay more comfortable.

- Cot and high chair available free of charge (please ask for preparation)

- When you check in you can leave your luggage in the apartment from 11:15 a.m.

- Free Wifi

- There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.

- A baby cot is available in the apartment starting at €40.



As part of our standard guest verification process, guests may be required to choose one of the following options prior to check-in to cover any accidental damage that may occur during their stay:



* A non-refundable Damage Waiver of 8 EUR per night,

OR

* A refundable 750 EUR Security Deposit



If you choose the Security Deposit option, please note the following:



💳 A temporary authorization hold will be placed on your payment method 2 days before check-in.

✅ If no damage is reported, the hold will be automatically released 2 days after check-out.

🔁 For longer stays, the authorization hold will be renewed every 7 days to ensure coverage for the full duration of your reservation.
