We are looking for Winter Texans. If you would like to get out of the cold, snow, and ice of winter, we have a great place for you. The State of Texas recognizes a Long Term Rental as 30 nights or more. (February is only 28 nights, will need to add a couple of nights to this month) With a 30 night or longer reservation, you will not need to pay Texas State Hotel Tax or the pool resort fee. Great news! The restaurant and bar are now open at The Beach Club! Please visit The Wild Hare, located poolside, is serving delicious food and drinks Thursday through Sunday 11am to 9pm.

When you are ready for a change of pace, we invite you, your friends, and your family to enjoy what we have found to be Texas Paradise. Please join us at our newly updated villa located in The Hilltop section of The Hollows of North Shore. Here, you will make new family memories in our 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo offering all of the comforts and conveniences of home, along with panoramic views of Lake Travis and the Texas Hill Country. Up to 8 people can comfortably sleep and dine in our villa. The master bedroom has a Temperpedic mattress king bed, night tables with lamps, and en-suite grand bathroom plus patio access. Bring your bubble bath for the jetted tub. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, large closet, and a double sink vanity area. The second bedroom has a queen bed with small chest. The small chest has a Smart TV. This room has its own en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is the bunk room with two sets of bunk beds and a small table with Smart TV. The bunk beds can be moved together to form one bed. Bathroom is next to this bedroom. Please let the sunrise greet you with your cup of coffee made in a Keurig coffee pot or regular brewer. Relax when seated on your comfortable patio lounging furniture, sipping your favorite beverage and listening to the birds sing. Prepare your meals while gazing at the lake from the well equipped kitchen. Please dine inside or al fresco on the spacious patio. Experience restful sleep on firm mattresses with luxury linens. The Living Room has a 65 inch Smart TV so that you can stream your favorite programs from your apps. WiFi is available free and an office area if you must do a few work chores while on vacation. The family room has a brown leather sectional and ottoman plus a recliner for everyone's comfort when kicking their heals up to unwind. Children board games, high chair, and pack n play are provided. There is a small selection of family movies. A full size washer and dryer are in the home for your convenience. After enjoying your home away from home, please take in all the beauty and fun amenities that The Hollows has to offer. It is a paradise deep in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. Find a trail or two to explore the limestone canyons, the pristine wilderness, and wildlife. At dusk, keep your eyes open for deer and road runners. Around the corner and up the hill from your villa, you will be at the highest point of The Hollows, The Smokehouse. Up here, you will find breathtaking vista views of the area. There is a fire pit for roasting marshmallows, a gas grill for grilling, and a pavilion for your family reunion or party. Around the corner and down the hill, you will find the boardwalk that will take you to The Beach Club and marina. At The Beach Club, you will find a locker room, workout room, bar, restaurant, gas grills, pavilion, infinity edge swimming pool with bubbler/ beach entry area for toddlers, grotto hot tubs, and another pool, plus a green field for sporting games, and a pickle ball court. At the marina, you can rent a space for your own watercraft. We use Just For Fun or VIP Marina to rent any type of watercraft that we want when it is time to play on the lake. Our Hilltop Villa is the perfect way to experience all that the Texas Hill Country and Lake Travis area has to offer. They will give you a tour of the lake, provide a tube, wake board, wakesurf board, and a cooler with ice for you to fill with yummy drinks and snacks.
