We are looking for Winter Texans. If you would like to get out of the cold, snow, and ice of winter, we have a great place for you. The State of Texas recognizes a Long Term Rental as 30 nights or more. (February is only 28 nights, will need to add a couple of nights to this month) With a 30 night or longer reservation, you will not need to pay Texas State Hotel Tax or the pool resort fee. Please contact me if you do not get the correct pricing for a 30 night or longer reservation.

Great news! The restaurant and bar are now open at The Beach Club! Please visit The Wild Hare, located poolside, is serving delicious food and drinks Thursday through Sunday 11am to 9pm.

When you are ready for a change of pace, we invite you, your friends, and your family to enjoy what we have found to be Texas Paradise. Please join us at our newly updated villa located in The Hilltop section of The Hollows of North Shore. Here, you will make new family memories in our 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo offering all of the comforts and conveniences of home, along with panoramic views of Lake Travis and the Texas Hill Country. Up to 8 people can comfortably sleep and dine in our villa. The master bedroom has a Temperpedic mattress king bed, night tables with lamps, and en-suite grand bathroom plus patio access. Bring your bubble bath for the jetted tub. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, large closet, and a double sink vanity area. The second bedroom has a queen bed with small chest. The small chest has a Smart TV. This room has its own en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is the bunk room with two sets of bunk beds and a small table with Smart TV. The bunk beds can be moved together to form one bed. Bathroom is next to this bedroom. Please let the sunrise greet you with your cup of coffee made in a Keurig coffee pot or regular brewer. Relax when seated on your comfortable patio lounging furniture, sipping your favorite beverage and listening to the birds sing. Prepare your meals while gazing at the lake from the well equipped kitchen. Please dine inside or al fresco on the spacious patio. Experience restful sleep on firm mattresses with luxury linens. The Living Room has a 65 inch Smart TV so that you can stream your favorite programs from your apps. WiFi is available free and an office area if you must do a few work chores while on vacation. The family room has a brown leather sectional and ottoman plus a recliner for everyone's comfort when kicking their heals up to unwind. Children board games, high chair, and pack n play are provided. There is a small selection of family movies. A full size washer and dryer are in the home for your convenience. After enjoying your home away from home, please take in all the beauty and fun amenities that The Hollows has to offer. It is a paradise deep in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. Find a trail or two to explore the limestone canyons, the pristine wilderness, and wildlife. At dusk, keep your eyes open for deer and road runners. Around the corner and up the hill from your villa, you will be at the highest point of The Hollows, The Smokehouse. Up here, you will find breathtaking vista views of the area. There is a fire pit for roasting marshmallows, a gas grill for grilling, and a pavilion for your family reunion or party. Around the corner and down the hill, you will find the boardwalk that will take you to The Beach Club and marina. At The Beach Club, you will find a locker room, workout room, bar, restaurant, gas grills, pavilion, infinity edge swimming pool with bubbler/ beach entry area for toddlers, grotto hot tubs, and another pool, plus a green field for sporting games, and a pickle ball court. At the marina, you can rent a space for your own watercraft. We use Just For Fun or VIP Marina to rent any type of watercraft that we want when it is time to play on the lake. Our Hilltop Villa is the perfect way to experience all that the Texas Hill Country and Lake Travis area has to offer. You can be as active as you want or you can relax and take in the incredible views. We look forward to sharing with you, your family, and your friends our home away from home. I now have couple of contacts that are captains of their own ski or pontoon boat. They will give you a tour of the lake, provide a tube, wake board, wakesurf board, and a cooler with ice for you to fill with yummy drinks and snacks. Plus he has a pad to put out in the water to float on. If interested in any of these fun activities, please make your reservation and lets book your great holiday! The boat ramp, at The Hollows, is closed until the lake level is higher.

Lake Travis Getaway

We were attending a wedding in Jonestown, and this condo was 15 minutes from the venue. It was even nicer than the pictures were. Very clean and a great view of the lake. I am in a wheelchair, everything was very accessible. Lago Vista has some fun restaurants. The condo had everything we needed to cook dinner. Everything was very comfortable.

Great weekend getaway!

We were there for a family wedding. Accommodations were perfect. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. Enjoyed drinking our coffee on the balcony with its awesome view. Elevator was perfectly placed for my elderly mother.

Wonderful Vacation Home!

We were delighted with this vacation rental. The home was clean and exactly as described and photographed in the listing, if not better. The set up was perfect for our two families. We had a delightful time with our family at the Hollows staying in the Walker's home. It was very attractive and commodious for our family. The master bed was exceptional!! The hosts were great to work with! The Hollows has the Beach Club, which was great for gathering and swimming after a day on the lake. We would enjoy returning and staying in the Walker's lovely home.

Family vacation

The loft was very nice, and had everything you could need for the stay. Beautiful scenery. The pool area was amazing. Would definitely recommend scheduling water activities in advance but the host was very good about giving us multiple suggestions about the area. The only thing i wish e has was a golf cart that we saw some people using.

Perfect Getaway

My family of 5 (3 kids ages 8/6/2) and my parents visited this property for Spring Break. It was a beautiful condo with amazing views. The owners were very responsible and communicative, and shared great info about the property and things to do. Kitchen fully stocked, bedrooms/baths were perfect and it really was a lovely neighborhood. Look forward to visiting again!

Thanksgiving Rental Review

The house has a lovely view of the lake and is very comfortable for a family, even had a few games for the kids. The complex is nice and has a number of areas for walking. The house had supplies for cooking and so we were able to make nice family meals together. Plenty of space between the rooms so that there was quiet time as well and the porch view is lovely.

Gorgeous condo with fantastic views & amenities! Our group of 4 girls spent a long weekend there celebrating August & September birthdays & had a blast. We rented kayaks & SUP's one morning & thoroughly enjoyed the pool during the heat of the afternoon. Communication with the owner was excellent and her recommendations were spot-on!

We love this property! The view is unbeatable! Our family enjoyed our stay in this large and spacious villa. 5 day getaway from the cold

We just wanted to thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful condo. It was clean, offered all the amenities of a hotel, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. We wish we could have bottled it up and brought it home, along with the warm weather. The Hollows is a superb area for biking, hiking, enjoying the pools, or even using the fitness center. We were introduced to The Hollows by our neighbors. They love it so much here and had such wonderful stories to tell about how they were making family memories that we had to explore the area. We discovered that we treasured the natural scenery that The Hollows is preserving and we wanted to be a part of it.

The Hollows Resort is a 1,500 acre master planned resort community that is preserving many miles of green belt areas. This resort offers a private Beach Club for our guests to enjoy. We can all splash at the swimming pools and hot tub. San Antonio is not that far away for Fiesta Texas, Sea World, and The River Walk. So many things to do and see when staying in our home.
