On the ground floor of our holiday home are in an open design a fully equipped spacious kitchen, a dining room and a comfortable living room with direct access to the terrace. As well as a double room, a bathroom and separate toilet.
Upstairs are four double bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. Three double bedrooms have access to the balcony with stunning views.
The terrace with garden house invites you to sit together, barbecue, or even sunbathe and enjoy the peace and quiet.
Parking is directly at the house.

Our cottage in a quiet location, provides an optimal base for a relaxing stay.
Despite its location in idyllic natural landscape, it is very easy to reach.
It is surrounded by large ski areas such as Zell am See (11 km), Kaprun - Kitzsteinhorn (14 km), Dienten (23 km), Saalbach (30 km) or Gastein (21 km).
In summer, the nearby Lake Zell provides bathing and water sports activities.
Furthermore, the surrounding area offers perfect conditions for ambitious hikers and cyclists.
