The 67 m² 3-room apartment offers enough space for 2-4 persons for a pleasant stay by the sea. In the bright living area with real wood parquet you will find a comfortable seating area with TV.  The dining table for shared meals and the adjoining full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob with oven, refrigerator, etc. are integrated in the back of the living area open. Also from the living area you can enter the lake side facing large balcony, from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the adjacent garden and the Baltic Sea. Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (90 x 200 separate mattresses and 140 x 200 mattress) and wardrobe space. The modern bathroom is equipped with shower and washbasin / WC. The parking space is located on the property and is assigned to the apartment. Bicycles can be stored in the basement. The offered here W-LAN connection is provided by the Telekom.
