The Caicos House in Gated Community

Nestled in the tranquil gated community of Leeward, on the heels of the Grace Bay and the Grace Bay Beach, regularly ranked as the “The Best Beach in the World!”. The upscale Leeward community is within a 5-8 minute drive to the Grace Bay shopping and restaurant district, with over two dozen businesses, including a large grocery store and bank.
Our villa is newly refurbished and tastefully furnished offering luxury at an affordable price. Three (3) bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms with a full kitchen, Quartz counter-tops, Moen fixtures, air-conditioning in living area and in all bedrooms, Hunter ceiling fans throughout, Samsung and Cuisinart appliances, screen and unscreened outdoor terrace, outside grill, plunge pool and daily maid service.
The Villa has beach chairs, umbrella and coolers for your day at the beach. Other amenities include hair dryer, iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, TV with cable TV and Netflix, air conditioning, Bluetooth home stereo, pool side dinning table and chairs, chaise lounge chairs, private driveway. Please note this Villa is government registered. A 12% government tax is included in your nightly rate.

Beach trip

We loved our stay! First time to Turks and Caicos and we were not disappointed. We enjoyed staying in the Leeward Settlement area very much. Beautiful community! A rental car is a must. Home was perfect for our family of four. We used the dipping pool every evening. Home has everything you need including pool towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and 4 great bikes. Kitchen has everything you would need for meal preparation at the home. We ate out every night much to the dismay of our credit cards! Very expensive but in the end, worth every penny! Highly recommend this property!

Great vacation home

This home was fantastic. Everything was clean, response was great from the host. The pool isn’t a pool, it’s more of a hot tub. The deck was awesome to hang out on with screens around it all to keep the bugs out. It really is a great place to stay.

Great house in Turks

This house was great for our needs - nice communal area upstairs with all bedrooms downstairs. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The only downside is that it's not in walking distance of anything so you need a car. Most places we needed to go were within a 10minute drive so it wasn't an issue. Just worth noting if you like to be in the thick of things.

Lovely renovated Island Home

This was the perfect island home for a girls trip to Turks! Its situated in the very safe and quiet Leeward settlement area. Its a bit hard to find at first so be sure to ask for specific directions and landmarks to locate it your first time. The home was renovated, very clean and so spacious fo r the 3 of us! You will need a car in order to get around, the beaches & restaurants are a 5-10 minute drive. There is a Bose speaker for your music and washer & dryer with complimentary detergent to wash your clothes (perfect after a beach day). Beach towels were provided as well as a cooler and snorkeling equipment and beach chairs. The bikes are rusted from the rain so we didn't use them. As others mentioned, there is a cottage behind the house that is rented separately so you will see the people staying there if its rented during your stay. We felt kinda bad because we were playing our music and laughing jovially which could have disturbed them. But we are on vacation and rented a house so we could have a great time uninterrupted so something to keep in mind. Overall, we loved it and would def book again!

Wonderful house and stay, great property managers

This is a lovely house in the Leeward area in Provo with all the amenities needed for a great stay. First, have to commend the excellent communication by Caicos Isles Management before and throughout our stay. Any questions we had were addressed promptly. That really puts one at ease since we stayed for a few weeks. We loved the house. It has a great open and bright top floor with a sitting, dining area and kitchen. We spend a lot of time there. Loved all the pretty colors in the house and the bright linens. It was great to have the generous back patio with lounge chairs and the plunge pool for cooling off. There is also a well furnished wrap-around porch on the top floor which our kids used quite a bit. The house was immaculate and the hosts provided a regular housekeeping service. Also had reliable wifi. The closest access to Grace Bay Beach that we used was just a few minutes drive - easy to get to from the house. A few things to keep in mind. The house is about 5-7 minute drive from the main resort area which has many of the shops and restaurants. So would be key to have a car to get around, especially because the heat can limit how far one can walk comfortably (depending on what temps one is used to). Having a car also allowed us to explore more western parts of the island like beautiful Chalk Sound. There are two bikes available with the property. Also, there is a smaller unit out in the back that may be rented separately - but the backyard is large and there is a hedge/plants providing a separation of the two properties. The back patio and pool are only for the use of those renting this property. It was very quiet back there and we had the privacy we needed. Overall would highly recommend this property and these excellent property managers! We would definitely rent this place again when we return to this piece of paradise.

Beautiful, quiet, close

We really enjoyed staying at the lovely Caicos house. It has the feel of a poolside bungalow but was quite roomy for six adults. The house has several indoor and outdoor eating areas, but it’s ten minutes from a range of great restaurants. A small beach is walking distance, but Sunset Beach, a larger beach with ample parking and very few other people, is five minutes by car, and definitely bike -able. We would happily return!

Excellent accommodations!

Our family loved staying at the Caicos House! Accommodations were perfect for us! Ms. Pam our host was very responsive to anything we needed. It had everything we needed for the beach! Very clean and orderly, Hope to be back there one day! :)

Perfect home away from home

This property is vacation heaven. It’s fully equipped with everything you need for a beach vacation. The location is great, the check in and check out was easy and convenient. Very clean and nicely decorated as well. Would definitely return!

Excellent property in great location

This was our first trip to Turks & Caicos. Having now visited I feel we made a perfect choice with this property from a location standpoint. Quiet neighborhood feel, close to beach, and easy drive to great restaurants around the island. The property was perfect for us and very well decorated. Loved the back porch overlooking a small splash pool and beautiful back yard, and lush areas surrounding the property. A bonus balcony in the front for great lunch spot or place to watch the sunset. Bathrooms were large, and well decorated with very pretty decorative tile floors. Very well furnished, and everything worked great from a mechanical perspective. We defintely will seek this property again when returning to the islands.

Perfect house for island getaway

Stayed at the Caicos House for a ladies' weekend getaway to the island in February. We had 5 adults in our party, and the house provided plenty of room. The property manager Pamela was wonderful to communicate with before and after booking, answering questions timely and always helpful. Check-in clear and easy with Pamela awaiting our arrival to show us around the house. The house has everything you need and more! It's beautiful, extremely clean, very spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. The house had everything we needed including beach chairs, plenty of bath & beach towels, multiple coolers, bicycles, stocked kitchen with really nice appliances and dishes, a Nespresso machine and all the basics to start your stay. The multiple outside decks are great for dining al fresco. The daily cleaning service is a real bonus and very thorough. The house is a short drive (4 min), bike ride or walk (probably 10-15 mins depending on your pace) to the closest beach, Sunset Beach...which is AWESOME. It's gorgeous and not very crowded unlike the beach areas by the resorts. Such a pleasant surprise! Highly recommend renting a car as there is not a ton you can walk to from the neighborhood, and taxis are very expensive, but everything is within a short drive. Thank you for a wonderful stay at the Caicos House. Hope we will be back!
