Offering an enviable, gulf-front location on the sandy shores of Galveston Island, this captivating beachside retreat includes its very own private boardwalk leading from the backyard to the golden sand. Newly constructed on 1.5 acres, this home features beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico, generous outdoor space (including 600 square feet of covered outdoor space), and a bright interior with luxe finishes and a decidedly modern aesthetic.
As you enter this stilted home via a flight of exterior stairs, you'll be greeted by a host of thoughtful touches - central air conditioning, a Nest thermostat, LED lighting, shiplap accent walls, and wall-to-wall windows that showcase the beach. The living room boasts lovely views of the water, plentiful seating, and a 66-inch Smart TV. It also seamlessly blends with the chef's kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a modern farm sink, and subway tile backsplash. There's a separate pantry for your dry goods and ample space to dine at the six-person island and the adjacent dining room table for eight.
The outdoor areas are just as special, including a gulf-facing deck with lounge seating and an umbrella-shaded dining table for eight. There's also a balcony upstairs and a shaded patio on the ground level, where you'll find an entertaining area with Adirondack chairs, two picnic tables, and an outdoor shower to rinse you off after fun-filled beach days.
At night, you'll find that each of the four bedrooms has its own en suite bathroom and Smart TV. The primary suite features direct access to the gulf-facing deck, a sliding barn door, and an elegant bathroom with a shower. A second suite on the top floor features its own gulf view balcony and a bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom has a bathroom with a tub/shower combination, while the fourth bedroom is equipped with bunks that are perfect for kids and a bathroom with a shower. Additional features include free high-speed WiFi and a washer/dryer.
