Come stay at a posh desert adobe with southwestern flair, an Everyday Luxury Vacation Rental Property!
This spacious adobe home features four-bedrooms, two-baths and sleeps 8 with one king and three queens. The adobe home provides two living areas, an indoor dining capacity for sixteen guests, and a large, well-equipped game room, decorated mid-century modern with prints of the Rat Pack and Marilyn Monroe, equipped by a lifelong gamer with high-quality games to entertain all ages. This is the owner's primary residence, which ensures all house amenities are in perfect working order.
The space
This roomy adobe house boasts four bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating up to eight guests with one king-size bed and three queen-size beds. The home includes two separate living areas, a dining space that seats sixteen, and a large, well-equipped game room. The game room, adorned with mid-century modern decor and prints of the Rat Pack and Marilyn Monroe, is furnished by a dedicated gamer and offers high-quality entertainment options for all ages. This outdoor paradise sports a pool and spa (optionally heated), covered outdoor seating, natural gas grille, and a private front-yard fire pit with comfortable Adirondack chairs. The automated outdoor lights create an ambiance at dusk through the start of quiet hours at 10:00 PM. The three-car driveway and gravel siding provides ample off-street parking. This adobe home is centrally located near all Coachella Valley attractions.
The sparkling pool and spa are available 24 hours a day, but guests must follow the quiet-hour rules from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The pool and spa can be heated for guest comfort for an additional fee to cover the cost of gas and electricity from October through May.
Spa-only heating is $40/day if prepaid for the entire stay and $70/day if requested after arrival. The spa can be heated to 100 degrees.
Pool heating is $100/day if prepaid or $140/day if not. The pool can be heated to 85 degrees.
Streaming services are available on the 84" TV in the living room, on the 65” TV in the game room, the 50” TV in the dining area, and the 65” TV in the master bedroom; Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Peacock, Paramount+, Apple TV, Prime Video, and Samsung TV Plus. Guests will not be able to select pay-per-view services during their stay.
A Wii Switch video game console on a 65” TV provides notable titles such as Mario Kart, Wii Sports, Fortnight, Minecraft, PGA Golf 2021, Monopoly, NBA 2021, and several retro games. Full-size Arcade games include Golden Tee Golf, and a retro console with 60 classic video games from the 1980s, including Donkey Kong, Pac Man, Galaga, Frogger, and many more. Table games include air hockey, table shuffleboard, putting, and a multi-purpose poker table. Board games include the familiar family favorites, Life, Chutes & Ladders, Candyland, and Trouble, plus numerous large-piece puzzles, playing cards, Uno, and dice games. Unattended children are not permitted in the game room. Guests will be responsible for damages. This game room is sure to entertain guests for hours.

House rules must be followed by all guests and visitors during their stay.
The minimum age for a responsible renter is 25.
• All parking is off-street in the large driveway. No more than four vehicles are allowed.
• No outside noise above normal conversation after 10 pm. Guests can enjoy the pool and fire pit after 10 pm if the noise is kept to reasonable levels. The house has noise sensors inside and out to ensure compliance.
• No amplified outside music at any time.
• No inside music that can be heard outside at any time.
• The front door is on a coded lock. Guests are not to share codes with others.
• The side gate should remain closed and locked for security.
• Guests must remove their trash to the receptacles next to the garage behind a screen wall. The trash service picks up the bins on Fridays from the side of the house, so guests don't need to take them to the street.
• The desert is dusty. The exterior surfaces and chairs are cleaned between guests, but the winds are relentless at certain times of the year. The exterior spaces both front and back are equipped with mechanical blowers and water hoses for guest use to help keep the spaces clean. Guests may not use blowers during quiet hours. Towels are also provided to cover seats.
• Although this home is pet-friendly, including two doggie doors, additional pet fees and cleaning fee may apply, and Pets are approved on a case-by-case basis. Kindly inform us if you will be bringing a pet, as well as any information that'll be of help, and we will let you know of the additional fees if applicable.
• Short-term rental permit regulations only permit ten guests in the four bedrooms (exceptions are made for toddlers). You must notify us of any visitors, and no visitors are not allowed to stay overnight. If security is called and there are more guests than allowed, guests will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.
• We want all guests to enjoy their stay at this special property!
• For any stay of over 27 nights, a RentSpree application and an additional deposit may be required.
• Weekly housekeeping service is not provided. However, can be added at the guest's expense upon request.

• Although this home is pet friendly, including two doggie doors, additional pet fees and cleaning fee may apply, and Pets are approved on a case by case basis. Kindly inform let us know if you would be bringing a pet, as well as any information that'll be of help and we will let you know of the additional fees if applicable.
