Me and my family were looking forward to this labor day weekend getaway. When we arrived on friday afternoon we found the pool water green we couldn't see the bottom of the pool and backyard dirty with dried bird poop. I called Rajeev the property owner and he did send a pool guy he treated the pool but the filters were so dirty they look like they haven't been cleaned in months. They said we would be able to enjoy the pool sat morning. Saturday came and pool still green. Pool was green all 3 daysWe tried to make the best of it but the pool was the main reason we booked the house. the jacuzzi did clear up enough to get feet wet. My brother in law stood in the jacuzzi and cut his toe on a screw that was sticking up from the floor of the jacuzzi. I sent pictures of all the issues we found and hopefully Rajeev can fix those issues before the next guest arrive.Inside the house wasn't good just a few small issues.Rajeev was apologetic and tried to fix the green pool but that pool wasn't gonna be ready during our stay. Rajeev did refund us a small portion of what we paid.House has potentially it just needs to be kept up...some TLC.
