Very Good

Our beach getaway was so nice. The weather was beautiful and the ocean was so pretty. Sailmaker 103 was exactly as described. We had an easy check in and check out, it was comfortable and relaxing. We hated to leave!

We liked that our lodging was within sight of the oceanā€”it was so relaxing seated on our patio listening to the waves or taking our chairs to the beach and absorbing all the beauty that is thereā€”pelicans, seabirds, gentle waves rolling into shoreā€¦our condo was very comfortable; nothing was lacking!

Family Spring Break

Place was great! Clean and as described. Unfortunately it was still a little chilly to fully enjoy the pool and beach, but the views were breathtaking. The dunes gives a more natural beach vibe. The turtles were out each morning to add to the relaxed nature of this location.

Perfect getaway!

Our stay at Summer Beach Sailmaker was perfect. We appreciated the updated emails regarding check-in, check-out, gate codes and lock box code. We loved our accommodations, from the fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable beds. Moreover, the location and view was spectacular. We would highly recommend and look forward to staying at Summer Beach again.

Loved it. Older property thatā€™s remodeled. Right on the beach. This property is ground level but is about 30feet plus elevation giving a lovely view of the ocean and dunes Mattresses and appliances seemed pretty new. Management very quick to respond to our questions. Condo was clean and nicely decorated. Comfortable furniture inside and out. Our first trip to Amelia island Really enjoyed and canā€™t wait to go back

Great Stay!

ā€¢ Beautiful ocean views of the sunrise ā€¢ We werenā€™t sure we would like ground level but found it very pleasant with such wonderful views ā€¢ Short walk to the beach on the boardwalk ā€¢ Very few people ā€¢ Patio is in the sun in the am and shaded in the pm ā€¢ Lots of shade at the pool and also sun for those who want it ā€¢ We had problems opening the gate when we arrived, but the owners were very responsive and there was a gate opener in the condo so we didnā€™t have to use the code after that initial entrance ā€¢ Fun to watch the gopher tortoises walk by the patio

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was beautifully decorated. The property was conveniently located and safe. The beds were comfortable. The condo was very well-stocked with things you need. Contact with property management was quick and easy. 10/10 recommend this condo!

Great property and perfect get away! Stacie and team did a phenomenal job communication, checking in and following up. The team also did find a charger I left behind. Process was easy, great location and unit that made for a memorable vacation. I'd rent it again in a heartbeat!

Great Fall Break Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the Sailmaker. The property is older but has been renovated. The location and proximity to the beach is wonderful! There was an issue with bedding upon arrival but the host responded and corrected the problem right away. Otherwise the condo was tidy and had all of the comforts of home.

Wonderful stay!

The ground floor unit we stayed in was perfect for us! Split bedroom floor plan was nice also. Master bath could use a little updating. the Jacuzzi tub could be hard for some people to step into. Decor was very nice and we loved the patio leading right out onto a grassy area. The gopher turtles kept us all amused! Was nice to have beach towels provided by the unit as well as a variety of beach toys. Also very convenient to have a hose at our patio to rinse the sand off before going in. Would definitely request this specific unit again!

Beautiful condo in super location!

The condo was beautifully decorated and very well appointed. It had everything we could have wanted. Despite it being on the lower level, the views were fantastic. The weather was cool but we still managed to go to the beach twice and there is so much to do in Fernandina .We went on the historical tour with Daniel. It was very enjoyable and Daniel couldnā€™t have been nicer or more knowledgeable.

A little slice of Heaven!

We drove 1200 miles from New York State to rent this property for a week. Everything was just as pictured. All of the furniture and furnishings were very nice and the beds were comfortable . The beach area was close by and the view from the condo was spectacular..Only wished we could have stayed longer!
