Keystone Resort is just over two miles from your door, and the bus stop for the free local shuttle is steps away. You'll be within walking distance of dining, a lake, and the river. You can walk to the beach from the river or try out the bike path to Lake Dillon, Frisco, or Keystone.

Beautiful area with private outdoor deck, nature trails, mountains, and gurgling stream, nearby. Only 1 community grill that worked. Indoor pool and 2 large hot tubs to relax in. Minutes from fun restaurants and Keystone chairlifts to summit.

Comfortable and close to slopes

It was a comfortable place for the family to unwind after a day on the slopes. The Kitchenerā€™s well supplied for our cooking needs. The beds were comfortable. Overall a lovely stay.

Great condo, had everthing I needed. Lots of room, 4 bedrooms, nice tree area out the back. Nice rectreational path very close by. Nice stream near by. While this was a condo complete. The area has a sence of seclusion. I would definately pick this condo and this condo complex again. Also easy and quick to get into Dillon, Silverthron and Fisco from this location.

Excellent space and location

We had all the family home and the space was wonderful. Spent 10 days and really enjoyed the large sofas in the living room and the wood burning fireplace. Only about 100 ft from the Yellow bus line that goes to Mountain House. Overall great vacation. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed the location. It had easy access to everything we needed. City market 10 min away. Keystone ranch 6 min away. The set up of beds and couches were cozy. Honestly it was a great place. I was extremely disappointed in the cleanliness of the place though. The sink still had debris, the counters had not been wiped at all. The floors we not mopped. I kept stepping

Love the Pines!!

This is our 3rd vacation at the Pines and we loved it! The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable week. The only thing I would recommend is to clean out the cabinets of excess dishes so that there is more room for food items. Loved the pool and hot tub and easy access to the walking trail along Snake River. Loved having coffee out on the porch each morning.

Great location, very clean and comfortable condo. Only reason for not giving it 5 stars is the string to raise/lower the blinds in the main room was broken. That said, Iā€™d stay here again without hesitation (even with the janky blinds)

Great location & amenities

Really enjoyed our stay at this condo! Quick shuttle away from the main lifts. The pool and hot tub are a short walk from the condo, and the pool was great for our family. You need a parking pass for the parking lot. We had to go to the front desk and work through turnkey mgmt company to obtain this pass. This process could use some improvements. But overall, really enjoyed our stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is a short shuttle ride away from the main lifts. Great pool and hot tub area. You need a parking pass to park outside of the condo. We had an issue getting this from the main lobby area. This process could be improved.

Location is great. Pool is great. Beautiful area. Unfortunately there were no wash cloths and only one hand towel for 9 people. There were no garbage bags in kitchen garbage cans. The place was quite dusty. I could write my name in the dust on the stove. Lighting was poor. Need updated, brighter lighting in bedrooms. Heating vents not working in all bedrooms but master.

The condo was clean, well stocked, open and comfortable! We enjoyed the basketball court and pool and walks along the river. The location is perfect for exploring Frisco, Sliverthorne and Breckenridge. Beds were soft and comfortable and the patio was such a nice addition. My only negative feedback would be that the parking was limited and with friends traveling in from different states it made it difficult to find additinal parking. We did talk to the property manager who was very nice but limited in what they could help with. The whole process was somewhat confusing and frustrating. The blinds in the living room area were broken and the shower faucet in front bathroom was not working properly although we were still able to shower. Overall though this property was perfect for our group and we would stay again in the future!

Comfortable condo with plenty of space

My family of 5 went for a week long trip and were mostly happy with the accommodations. Plenty of bedrooms and decent sitting and dining areas. Pantry space was limited and a second bed in one of the guest bedroom were two box springs stacked on top of each other but weā€™d still use this condo agaIn for the price and location. Few constructive criticisms: 1. More hooks in bathrooms for bath towels especially in the secondary bathroom 2. Wasnā€™t made aware that the door to the foyer locks from 12am to 7am and when we attempted to check out at 5am we ended up getting locked out and couldnā€™t regain access to condo (VRBO support had no idea how to remedy the situation) 3. Maps by VRBO and others couldnā€™t correctly locate the exact address of the rental. Using the condo name gave us better instructions

Beautiful view

The pines is a beautiful complex and we really enjoyed the atmosphere and location. We had issues with cleanliness and lack of cleaning when we got there. We reached out to property management and were told it was being escalated after we sent them photos of everything but nothing came from that. We were there from Sunday-Friday and by day three it was apparent we were on our own. There was people hair in all of the beds, missing pillowcases on beds , a very large hard stain on the top of comforter in the main bedroom, used bar soaps, lots of hair in the shower and trash in the bathroom, a fishhook embedded in the carpet, dog hair all over the floors and rugs. The vacuum in the unit had no suction to even clean. The parking pass was missing in the unit and we made our own as to not get towed. The main blinds need to be replaced, they would not go up. There was no information anywhere on check out procedures. We loved the trail right down the hill and had a lot of fun biking and walking through keystone.

Nice place disappointing service

The unit is nice. The kitchen has ample utensils and cook ware. Sleeps 10, but only has towels for 7 which was disappointing because we had 8 people. The cards to access the hot tub did not work. We called Vacasa to get more towels and working hot tub access, but no one answered after 20 minutes on hold. If you have a problem with the unit donā€™t bother going to the management office they only will help with units they manage.

Nice condo and location, inaccurate description and poor support

The condo was in a great location, close to the bus route, with a good pool and facilities. The condo itself was nice, clean, and very comfortable for our group of 8 - nice furnishings, beds, and accommodations. However, the description was not accurate. There was only 2 bathrooms, not 3. There was only 1 free parking spot, not 2. And there was no heat in 2 of the bedrooms. I called Vacasa and they were supposed to check with the property manager and call me back. They never did. I emailed them too and the responded a day after we checked out.
