Loved Sweet dreams cottage ! Very comfortable I wish the weather had been better but the cottage was very comfortable!

Family Vacation

Entered the house to dirty linens and sand on the kitchen counters. Rental said sofa bed, but no, it was a day bed. Air conditioning was only in one room, upstairs bedroom. The house was old, but cute. Absolutely NOT worth the price I paid though. I would rather use my own linens then use the service. Linens smelled.

Property is not great. The only bathroom is downstairs while the bedrooms are upstairs. There were large ants in kitchen, living room and bedroom. No electrical outlet in bathroom. The beds were not made up and linens were delivered after we checked in. No hand soap in the bathroom. I’ve never had to make up my own bed in a rental before. Mattress was smelly and uncomfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Had to search for half-full bottle of body wash, no other soap supplied. Altogether not a great stay. Very disappointing.

We sincerely apologize for the issues with cleanliness, the condition of the mattress, and the lack of basic supplies such as soap and ready-made beds. We also regret the inconvenience caused by the bathroom layout and the ant problem you encountered. Please know that your comments have been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams so corrective actions can be taken immediately. We will be reviewing our setup and inspection process to ensure beds are made, proper toiletries are stocked, and mattresses and pest control are inspected more thoroughly before each arrival. We appreciate you noting that the kitchen was well equipped, and we hope to improve in all other areas so future guests have a much more positive experience. Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention. We value your feedback and will use it to improve the quality of our homes and guest experience.
