Regarding pricing, Fourth of July is one of the highest-demand weekends of the year. Our pricing is intentionally structured to heavily reward longer stays. For example, many guests who book a full week pay around the same amount that a one-night holiday stay costs. This approach helps us welcome families enjoying extended vacations rather than short-term party groups, and it has worked very well for both our guests and our home. We personally inspect the property before every check-in, and it is professionally cleaned with fresh, clean linens prepared for each arrival. We take great pride in maintaining our homes and providing a wonderful guest experience. The majority of our reservations come through Airbnb, where we’ve earned consistently outstanding reviews from hundreds of guests. I am really sorry to hear:( the booking before yours stole ALL our blankets and your booking was a turnover also we where told by neighbors that they had there dog on our roof and when I did inspection on the home they had put there 100lb dog on the Top Bunk Bed / Broke the bed. I did not want cancel your booking so I went furniture store had my guys assemble a new bed also we had to have a cleaning crew come and spray the whole yard and patio before/after each dog booking to make sure its completely sanitized
