As for the camper, we appreciate your concerns and we have looked into this to create a more comfortable stay in the future. We hope to welcome you back and make your next stay even better! Relaxing Girl's Getaway

We truly enjoyed our stay at Painted Paradise. We were able to unwind and unplug from the hustle and bustle of the city, jobs, and family. The home was perfect for our girl's trip. We each had our own room and ple ty of space to spread out. We enjoyed waking up to coffee and the serene views of the hill country. The pool was refreshing and clean. We drank wi e and watched the deer run. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook and enjoy our meals together. We spent many late nights watching movies and enjoying one another's company. The caretaker was sweet and we were able to meet her and her daughter, both took the time to speak and welcome us. We all would all love to return with our families.

Misleading

Please note we left this place without staying a single night of our 4 night reservation due to the misrepresentation we felt by the website and photos. The pool area was completely overgrown and unkempt. The pool is located in the front yard in full view of the road and driveway making it feel wide open and not private. The cleanliness depicted in the photos was not so when we arrived, mainly in the outdoor spaces. There is a door in the house leading to some downstairs quarters where another person lives which is not the situation we wanted when staying with our kids. Also, it was not disclosed nor could the property management company tell us why there was an RV with 2 parked cars next to it in the driveway. Again, the privacy of the pool and house is compromised by this fact. All of this was brought up to the management company who denied our refund based on their disclosure of someone living below in the property description. Would recommend finding another place and a different management company if looking for something private and isolated.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We strive to accurately represent our properties and apologize for any confusion there may have been. Your feedback is valuable, and we appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. Additionally, the upstairs area is a closet and does not lead to additional dwellings. The camper is only stored on the property and not occupied.

Relaxing time
