Located on the west side of Coastal Highway in Bethany Beach, Sea Colony West offers townhomes, condos, and villas, some with pond views. Sea Colony offers a trolley, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, and optional activities. Amenities include indoor and outdoor community pools, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, a fitness center, a game room, a shuttle, and a kiddie kamp, just to name a few. The beach and towns of Bethany Beach and South Bethany are just a short distance away.

THINGS TO KNOW

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

A beautiful and relaxing home to be in for our beach vacation. It’s a bottom floor condo and the screened porch has a peaceful view of the trees. And so close to the beach! It was perfect for our family. We loved it!

The BEST place!

This unit was bigger than 3 of us needed but we loved having some extra space. It's been updated and was like being in a brand new place. My daughter appreciated having extra blankets in the closet. I liked having a drying rack for bathing suits and bath products in both bathrooms. We didn't run out of anything...shampoo, towels etc. The screened in porch was a great place for breakfast and reading. I'm booking this same unit for next year.

Don't miss this one!

This house is situated in a beautiful setting, inside and out, that allows privacy and good views, especially on the screened in wraparound porch! The house was clean, comfortable, conveniently located to restaurants and a short jitney ride to the beach. On rainy days we enjoyed the fireplace to read by, lovely! This rental was the nicest one we've had so far, we will definitely book it again.....thanks for a perfect week!

Expect pay more- Added fees

After booking, be prepared to pay more. The amenities fees were an additional 25%. Absurd to pay that much more for parking a use of the pool(s). Place was nice, but noway worth the cost. Could have gotten an entire house for a week for what it ended up costing for 2 nights. Staff was rude and condescending.

Great Home

The home was well decorated with no carpet (our preference) throughout the unit. My daughter loved the bunk beds in 'her' room. We found that the mattress in the primary bedroom was fairly 'indented' from other occupants - could use replacing or flipping. The unit was well stocked with plates, cups, utensils, etc., but did not have a single serve coffee machine, only a large pot one. This isn't a huge deal, but we didn't have enough people to justify brewing a whole pot each day. Location was great - short walk to a tram stop and close to the aquatics center pool. All in all, we enjoyed our time here and would definitely rent this unit again.
