Unwind into vacation mode on the sofa bed and armchair in the living area. In the evening, kick back and settle in to watch your favorite shows on the Cable TV. Or, open the sliding door and relax to the soothing sounds of the rolling waves. Let your culinary skills shine in the pristine and well-equipped kitchen, featuring sleek stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and helpful gadgets. When it’s time to eat, gather for fresh cuisine around the dining table. Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the island counter with seating.

Extras include complimentary WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer. Three beach chairs and two boogie boards are provided for your enjoyment.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

At first glance it seemed spotless. But as we pulled out drawers in the bathroom they were not cleanThe shower curtain was also dingy and could have been replaced The couch is also super uncomfortable, the cushions slide off and not great for two people The sprinklers also went off around 9:30 every night and soaked the patio and chairs so we either had to run or wait until they were done and dry them off to be able to use the patio Overall we love the view and the location and will definitely book again

Perfect Location

Me and my wife love colder weather vacations and this one was perfect. We went up the first week of November and were still able to fully enjoy the ocean view and atmosphere. The condo was beautiful and with the view and easy access to the beach, it was an over the top stay

Perfect spring break location!

Get away 2024

We really enjoyed this location right on the water in an end unit. The beach was beautiful and quiet. The amenities though simple were great for our needs. We would definitely stay again at this property again . Any questions we had were immediately answered as well.

Great little getaway

We lived on the Cape for 3 years in the 80’s and decided to take a quick trip to visit some old haunts. So, we just needed a base of operations and a nice spot to rest our heads. This place was clean and had a GREAT location as we could walk out the sliders to the small patio and down to the beach. There’s minimal equipment here, but we didn’t need it as we ate meals out. Overall, perfect for what we were looking for.

First off the location is outstanding. RIGHT ON THE BEACH!Second plan to eat out for most of your meals. the kitchen is fantastic, outfitted with top notch appliances. But, there aren't enough pots, pans, dishes, bowls or utensils to eat a proper meal. Ok for breakfast and light snacks. No basic pantry staples.Minor annoyance was the mattress. I don't know how old it is but the side is crushed and felt as if I was going to roll off. I survived.

Stay away

This is not cool. The place I stayed in was freezing and the heating system was blowing non stop and didn’t want to be cold and feel like the wind was blowing 24/7 its unacceptable and unbelievable that you won’t return my 1300 and now I’m out 1300 and change good luck on the future rentals

It was really beautiful and clean. The appliances looked new, and the building itself. The patio opened right up to the beach, which I would say was the best part. The area itself looked like a retirement area, so it was quaint. My only complaint was that when we went to take a shower the first morning, there was no hot water. We called for help and it was fixed within a few hours. Also, the shower is labeled backwards so you have to turn it to cold to get hot water. Other than the shower issues, it was an enjoyable stay. The location was good too for experiencing Cape Cod comfortably.

Condo with an Awesome Location and View

This is a fairly new condo. The location and view are outstanding. The condo was very clean! The condo bed could use a new mattress and pillows. There wasn't very much room for storing our clothes. Previous reviews commented that the kitchen needed more supplies. It's apparent that they have been working on getting more supplies for the kitchen. A bigger coffee pot would be better. There was an adequate supply of linens provided for the beds, bathroom, beach and kitchen. We slept on the pullout couch in the family room so that we could keep the sliding glass door open to hear the waves lapping against the shore. This was heavenly! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Clean, spacious and close to the beach

Property was great. Clean, spacious and close to the beach. Communication with the property manager did not produce results until after we checked out. I had tried phone, email and the fire department to get someone to shut off another unit's CO2 alarm that beeped non stop outside of our door all week to no avail. Upon our return home we were notified that the property manager was able to stop the alarm. What good was that for us? Vacasa did refund about 10% of my week's rental fee.

Cape Code Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a wonderful experience. The property is very new. The unit is part of a multi-unit complex with the rear of the unit facing the south side ocean. You can walk to the beach and enjoy a dip. Waters are calm and perfect for kids and family.The unit has the basic amenities; but needs a few more items in the kitchen, such as additional cups, plates, wine bottle opener, etc.The location is centrally located, if you plan to do the cape as well as trips to Martha's Vineyard. For food, we visited the Hyanni's Main street, where there are lots of food options. Dennis also has good options. It is close to a Kayaking place. We did biking on the Cape and on the Shining Sea trails.I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Amazing! Would come back!

Location is amazing. The pictures don’t lie, you’re right there by the ocean. I loved listening to the ocean and watching the antics of the birds on the beach. Dipped my toes in the water and looked for shells. So relaxing. Very walkable neighborhood full of adorable cottages and fun things to look at. Property is gorgeous and super clean, beautiful kitchen and baths. Everything is sooo nice. Loved the fridge, gas stovetop, and farmhouse sink. Could use a few simple touches to achieve perfection. More variety of utensils, bowls, etc in the kitchen would be super. There’s a ton of unused cabinet space if you want to bring your own items for an extended stay. Some tv tray folding tables would be convenient. We used the barstools as makeshift snack/drink tables when sitting on the couch (there’s one side table for a light and tv remotes but I wouldn’t use it for snacks). A few hooks to hang used towels to dry would be very useful. A skinny shelf on the side of the bed where there’s no bedside table would be great for glasses/cell phone/water bottle. We would stay here again in a heartbeat, it was magical and it is sooooo nice and clean. Very private too. We felt comfortable leaving windows open for the breeze and left the curtains open on the sliders. There’s no reason for anyone to cross over to this corner of the building. Love love love!!! P.S. Currently there is no grill (Sept 2023). We made burgers inside and they were delish.

Renter Beware

Things started out ok - very clean, gorgeous view, and nice, updated kitchen and baths. But when the AC quit on Thursday, things completely fell apart. Without AC, and with the incredible humidity, the unit became a swamp. Condensation everywhere with wet, slippery floors. Had to open windows to keep the inside temp under 80 degrees. Vacasa was moderately helpful, and did manage to send technicians out. The first noted how wet the HVAC unit was and figured the PC board was cooked. He couldn’t fix it. Next tech came at 9 PM the next day (while my wife was already in her night wear). Completely dark in the unit except for the tv and he shows up at the slider (Vacasa told us he’d be there at 4 pm). He said, “I can’t fix this either, why did they even send me?”, and he left. Two days without AC and two nights spent on the sleep sofa just trying to get some air. The first tech told me he spoke to the owner and property management company and alerted them of the situation. NOBODY offered as much as a fan to circulate some air. Every room became wet, steamy, dank, and gross. Couldn’t wait to leave on Saturday morning. Oh, and the alarm in the lobby produced a high pitch chirp every 30 seconds the whole time we were there. Nobody did anything about that either.

New, Clean, on the Water

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Two of us stayed in Sept 2021. The location is ideal; right on the water and not far from restaurants, stores, bike trail (and Sundae School!). The view (& sounds) of the ocean is serene & it's wonderful being able to walk out the slider & onto the beach. The condo was brand new & spotless. The kitchen is especially nice. Central a/c made it very comfortable. The bed, couch & chair were comfortable. This place is a rare find on the Cape! Minor negatives - the noise from the a/c is THUNDEROUSLY LOUD and we had trouble sleeping because of it. We've never experienced anything like it! It was like we were sleeping in an industrial boiler room or something. Also they advertise that it sleeps four, but FYI if anyone slept on the pull out sofa there are no blinds or curtains on the windows & you WILL be woken up at sunrise. Also the kitchen is very sparsely supplied, and there were only two coffee cups & two cereal bowls. Because of this we had to hand wash dishes every day, even though there's a dishwasher. The place isn't really decorated at all (no big deal), but it lacks a couple pieces of furniture like maybe an ottoman, a second end table, a coffee table. Also the bedroom has no closet & needs an armoire or chest of drawers to replace the repurposed TV cabinet that's in there. It looks like once the condo was done being built it was thrown onto the rental market very quickly. P.S. The reason for the 3 stars for the property manager was because the garbages were full (including baby diapers) when we arrived & we had to empty them. But yes, we would stay there again.

We apologize for the issues you encountered with the noise from the air conditioning and the lack of kitchen wares. The homeowners are aware of the noise from the air conditioning as they experienced the same issue when first staying in their newly constructed condo. They have been in contact with an HVAC company to address this for the summer of 2022. With regard to kitchen wares, we will be sure to have our local team take inventory and add what is needed for future stays. Additionally, we will pass along your recommendation for some window coverings, furniture and dresser or armoire for the bedroom. If there is anything else we can do for you please let us know.
