Located on highly desirable Oak Street in Dennisport, you will relax and unwind in a newly updated 3BR home. A master bathroom including brand new washer/dryer was added in 2019 and 2021 updates included a fully fenced in backyard and Central Air Conditioning! Exterior updates Spring 2022! With less than 1000/ft walk to private Oak Street Beach, this home is the perfect beach get-a-way. Located in a family friendly neighborhood with many restaurants and ice cream stores within walking distance. Enjoy your morning coffee in the spacious front yard or a fun- filled barbecue in the private backyard.
Your nights will be cozy and comfortable in a spacious bedroom with a double bed and Master bathroom. The second bedroom provides twin bunk beds to comfortably provide sleep for 2 or a fun bunk room for kids. Lastly, the third bedroom provides a queen bed to sleep 2.
The kitchen provides all you need to prepare your family meals and a table to seat 3. Enjoy the window seat with a view of the friendly activity on Oak Street. Our living room with vaulted ceiling and ceiling fan comfortably seats 6.
Amenities include cable TV, internet(wifi), keurig coffee maker, toaster, vacuum, new outdoor grill, beach buggy, and beach chairs.

The house was exactly as expected; perfect for what we needed for three adults, and a dog. The beds were extremely comfortable, the house was clean and easily accessible. Kelly was great to work with. Would definitely stay here again on a future trip!

Terrific vacation!

A terrific vacation at a terrific home! House was great - we especially loved being so close to the beach and a wonderful fenced-in yard for the dogs and evening relaxing. House was clean and Kelly’s communication was great!

Great Vacation!!!!

We absolutely loved the house, property and location. We've been coming to this area of the Cape for over 30 years and finally found our home away from home. The house was charming and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Looking forward to booking again!!!!

Perfect location!

Clean, modern and close to the beach. Great backyard and quiet neighborhood, also in walking distance to several restaurants, and near route 28. A perfect gem.

Great peaceful location!

This cottage is a few minute walk to the ocean in a very nice residential, quiet neighborhood. Communication with owner was excellent. We have a toy poodle, she loved the back yard it’s all fenced in. Really nice outdoor space! Very private, nice fire pit area. Washer and dryer is a huge plus! Overall we had an excellent stay and we’d definitely book again! Thanks Kelly..

Cozy Stay

Cozy cottage! Loved the yard and the fire pit and the renovations to the home. It was great being so close to the beach! Just didn’t have some kitchen essentials such as dish soap or paper towels, so be sure to bring those from home. Otherwise, it was such a great cozy stay!

Beautiful home

The house was beautiful and I can’t say enough about the property manager Kelly! Any questions I had she responded immediately and was so nice! Check in and check out were so easy! I hope I get the chance stay there again! Beautiful area and within walking distance to the beach and restaurants!!

We expected quaint and clean. We did not anticipate nails in the wall where artwork might have been, window rods practically falling down in one bedroom, stained curtains, no sheets on the beds upon arrival (but renters expected to strip and wash bedsheets after stay), holes in the second bedroom ceiling, shabby, unwashed bedspreads, old, chipped furniture, no blankets, the cheapest microfiber sheets possible, a double bed so jammed into a room there was virtually no ability to properly make the bed, soiled throw rugs, an unkept, unweeded front yard, and showers with tepid to cool water for 80% of shower. There was clearly an effort to maximize income at the expense of cleanliness, appearance and consideration for those paying a considerable sum for sub par accommodations. Just providing a house on venerable Cape Cod does not mean a lack of respect for the renter comfort and experience. We would have left the property if there was any expectation that we would receive a refund. Cape Cod is a lovely island but there should still be some reasonable value for the dollar in a VRBO accommodation. We are not complainers, have rented other properties, and very much looked forward to a charming, clean, modestly appointed, comfortable stay. The owners demonstrate a basic disrespect for the renter and may wish to drop in on the property occasionally rather than offering the renter less than the barest minimum. This was an owner money grab and a pitiful disappointment for renters.

I had a strong feeling we were not going to be able to please you, Tom, based on our communications prior to your stay and apparently I was right. Rather than write a long paragraph to “ defend” our home I’ll just let the abundance of positive reviews on multiple rental platforms speak for themselves. I do wish you had reached out to me during your stay regarding these issues instead of waiting for the review platform to write complaints and offensive remarks about how we manage and care for our renters and home.

Only drawback with this house is the size of the double bedroom, because there was literally no room to walk around the bed. Had to climb over spouse.

Wonderful Fall Getaway!

What a wonderful week we just spent on Cape Cod! This home was just perfect for us and our Golden Retrievers! It was very clean, well stocked, walking distance to the beach and in a perfect location for us! The owner was so very accommodating and responsive! All in all it was a truly wonderful week and hope to return again soon! An absolute 5 Star Stay!

First Cape Cod Trip

We enjoyed the location of the cottage and comfortable bed in the main room. The shower off the main room was very nice and tall enough as I am 6’5”. Walking to the beach was easy and very close to the cottage. Would have liked to have an umbrella to go with the beach chairs....it was hot! Overall we loved our stay and enjoyed being able to take long walks with our dog in the neighborhood, wish she was allowed to join us on the beach. Thanks for preparing a nice spot for our family vacation!

July Vacation

Nice location on the Cape, centrally located. Easy walk to the private beach. Cottage was very nice, could have use more air conditioners as July was pretty hot. I would recommend this unit and will rent again.

perfect getaway on the cape

We had a great time at this location, it had everything we needed and was a quick and easy walk to a private beach. We also enjoyed walking to nearby restaurants for dinner. The backyard was great and we enjoyed spending time out there!

Nice place with convenient location!

our First visit to Cape Cod was made easy with this nice house in a central location. We did a light house tour to get to know the cape. So much to do! very comfy house fully equipped with everything you need and the master bath is amazing! Great Beach access and spare beach chairs and cooler was nice! I would recommend for a family with kids for sure! We enjoyed a few of the local restaurants and they were great. Especially the muffin pastry shop just two blocks away! We would stay again!

Just lovely

We thought your home was adorable, clean and cozy! The master bedroom is so spacious and the bed was nice and comfortable! Our kids had plenty of space in the bunk room. We love everything about your home, especially taking the dogs for a short walk to the beach...I was surprised by how close we were, in fact, when I brought the dogs out in the middle of the night, I could hear the waves crashing from the front yard! What a dream :)

Beautiful House, Great Location

Beautiful beach house perfect location

My family of 2 kids, 1 infant 2 adults and 2 dogs stayed for four nights to end summer. Kelly’s beach house is perfect! Very clean and spacious on a quite street with a very short walk to a beautiful private section of the ocean, places to eat, ect. She was very accommodating and we definitely hope to come back next summer. Highly recommended!!
