This three-bedroom home is perfectly situated in a beachfront building and includes all the comforts of home, ideal for your next trip to sunny Ocean City! When you're not out on a long walk along the rolling surf, kick back on the suite's private balcony to enjoy a refreshing beverage or a favorite mystery novel. The living room is a great place to entertain, and the full kitchen includes all the appliances and counter space you'll need to prepare wonderful meals for your dinner guests. Take advantage of the private washer/dryer to rinse away the beach sand while the central AC keeps everything nice and cool. You can use the free WiFi to research a new water sports adventure or download a good playlist to your device for a fun hot-weather hike.

Free WiFi

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the ā€œDamage Waiverā€). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Sister trip to OC

Spent the week with my sisters in OC. Was very pleased with the place! We did have to go out and buy some toilet paper, paper towels, and nearly didnā€™t have enough trash bags. There were no kitchen towels to be found in the unit and only two wash rags for three guests so we had to do laundry frequently. Aside from that, we couldnā€™t have asked for a better stay.

Needs a good cleaning.

The condo was nice however it needs a deep clean. There was crumbs on the table when we arrived and thick layers of dust on not widely used surfaces. The walls also need a good wipe down. Didnā€™t do any cooking but it appeared to be well equipped with all necessary cookware and utensils. Would stay again as long as cleaning was up to par.

Budget condo, at best

We stayed in another unit at this same condo, and loved it. We picked this one because it didn't have bunk beds in one of the bedrooms. Mattresses are very uncomfortable, and unit needs some work. We only stayed one night, due to the upstairs condo having water turned on that over flowed and made it's way to our ceilings and then to our floors. I do have to say that VACASA, who manages the unit, was excellent in finding us a new place. We moved the next morning, and were very happy with our new accommodations. I would say, definitely believe the reviews. We won't be renting this unit again.

Great for our needs but wouldnā€™t recommend

Very disappointed with the overall level of cleanliness in relation to the price paid. We were here for a bachelor party so obviously this did not need to be 5 star accommodations. However, there were little things that made the unit seem trashy, for lack of a better word. The shower curtains were too long and the shower was slippery. There were rusted ends of metal and the kitchen was substandard. This is a great unit for an event like ours but I wouldnā€™t take my family for an extended vacation. Vacasa is less than ideal in their property management.

Condo was dirty and appliances were dated

The condo had clean sheets and towels and a newer stackable washer dryer unit abdnwifi was great. The unit was dirty , the refrigerator has no door shelfs and the bottom drawes were cracked and broken. The stove is from the early 1980's and most of the burners were bent so you could only cook on one side of pan. The curtain rod in master bedroom was coming out of the wall. There was no care taken to patch any of thr old repair workon the walls. The vents looked like the havent been cleaned in years. The unit needs the owners TLC

Save your money.

If you are looking to stay in 301 at the flying cloud I would highly suggest looking else where. We arrived for our 2 week stay to find the room was filthy like dirty razors full of hair in the bathroom filthy. I spent the first day and a half of my vacation cleaning this place so that when my baby crawled on the floor her hands and knees didn't turn black like they did the first day. The appliances are all very out of date and barely worked i.e. the garbage disposal stopped working(thank God there was a plunger) and the 1970s stove could barely boil water to cook pasta. Attempting to contact vacasa about this also won't solve your problems because you'll be on the phone for an additional 3 hr of what should be your vacation to still be on hold. There were actual holes in doors no rugs so sand everywhere and really it felt like walking in to a 1970s time warp to when this place maybe used to be nice. Don't even get me started with how poorly it's managed I will only say that had the baby eaten the medication she found on the floor we'd have been at urgent care too. For the price they're asking save your money, vacation, and many hours of your life you won't get back by just looking elsewhere, because even contacting the manager of vacasa they still won't get back to you. Run.....run fast....run hard.

Great location/view

3.5 stars but rounded up to a 4 given the cons are items that can be easily fixed. Pros: Very spacious, great location, 2 Balconies. The ā€œprivate lobbyā€ to the unit is a great feature. Cons: several repairs needed, holes in some doors, walls etc. could use a fresh coat of paint and a deep thorough cleaning.

The view of the ocean was great with close proximity to the stores. The unit itself has a worn out mattress in the master bedroom. The air conditioner runs so loud that it keeps the other people in the other bedrooms awake.

Seriously needs some love and attention

Seriously needs some love and attention I think that the folks that tried to clean this place did as best as they could but it really is rundown, shoddily repaired in a minor and perfunctory way. We attempted to communicate our displeasure and were treated to an unannounced cleaning visit and an unannounced maintenance visitā€¦..Rather than really talking to us about what was going on. We paid a lot of money for this property and have asked for some money back as we did not feel it was up to the standards advertised.

Great location

Had a nice time. Really like the location. Condo was nice but needs to have some minor maintenance items addressed. It was a nice surprise to find out that there were beach chairs, umbrella and boogy boards in the storage closet.
