This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom corner unit at the Indies in Fort Morgan has been exquisitely decorated with a very modern look. There is a vey large balcony that is perfect for catching the Gulf breeze. You will feel right at home as soon as you enter this corner unit. There is a master suite with a king bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a triple bunk bed.

One GRC (Guest Registration Certificate) is included in the price quote. If you need a second one you can purchase it from the guard.

$1 from each reservation made in Fort Morgan will be donated to the Historic Fort Morgan!

The pool was closed 90% of the time we were there. Roof top closed and hour after sunset, and wasn't open for sunrise. Staff was rude. Could not get living room tv to work. Bathtub didn't drain. Thing says it has a fully stocked kitchen but pots and pans were small. When first renting it doesn't show there is only 1 parking pass. Had to pay for 2nd one. The scenic views when renting were misleading as we were on the first floor and couldn't see much of anything besides houses. Internet connection kept going out with wifi. Didn't have cellphone service in the building.

Beautiful property

Indies 101 is a beautiful property!! It’s a corner condo so had many windows in living room & bedroom! Would definitely stay again! I had asked if it had a keurig and was told a drip coffee maker, so I had to bring regular coffee….but when I got there, there was indeed a keurig.

A great vacation site

This was a first class condo with attention to detail. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The view from the top deck was a treat every afternoon. We enjoyed our stay.

Family vacation

Everything was great like always. Been coming 5 years in a row now. Great condo, great rooms, great pool, great beach. Kids had a blast!

Had a great time but a few small thing need attention

We really liked the unit. No weird smells, the A/C worked well. The bed, pillows, and linens in the master were probably the most comfortable I have ever slept on. The master bath was great. I was told the queen was very comfortable also. Great balcony and the outdoor furniture was very comfortable. Pool was very close and enjoyable. I have to give props to the 2 security guards. The were both professional and helpful on check in. One night at the pool my son brought a drink out in a glass which was not allowed. Instead of being crappy about it he went and got a plastic cup for him to pour it in. There were a few items need attention. In my opinion the sofa sleeper needs replaced. You sink way down in it and the condition does not match the rest of the furniture. The dishwasher would not run a full cycle kept giving beeps and error code and would not cycle to rinse. Upon arrival the kitchen counters had salt or sugar on them and there was hair in a bathroom sink. Also the walk in shower in the queen bedroom leaked a lot and we quit using it. We would definitely stay again as those small items I am sure will be resolved.

Very nice unit.

We had a great time. We did have issues with the cleanliness of the unit. It had not been swept. There was sand, dust, and hair on the floor pretty bad. There was sand in the master bed with the bedding being visibly dirty. I’m not sure if it was drink or what on the pillow, sheets, and comforter. I washed them and they came perfectly clean. The bunk beds were also sandy and comforters dirty so I washed them as well. The kitchen needs another large skillet and spatulas. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Great Week at the Beach!

We really enjoyed our stay! It had everything we needed and it was a great location! Loved that we didn’t have to ride the elevator and could access the pool from our balcony. The walk to the beach access was not far at all. Only drawback is that you can’t see the beach from the balcony but you can if you go up to the amazing rooftop patio.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 101 was very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was adequately stocked with necessary items. This is the first time we’ve stayed on the ground floor: pro: no worrying with the elevator; con: no beach view. Having a wrap around balcony was very nice, but it was severely lacking in seating, which is important to us. I really wish the pool area stayed open a little later: after all, we ARE on vacation. We love both the Fort Morgan area and The Indies, and we look forward to our next visit.

What a great spot for families

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It’s a very modern, clean condo with plenty of space for a big family. The location is very peaceful and scenic. I’d highly recommend it.

Visually it was very nice.Unfortunately, 2 of the walk in showers leaked very bad. Thermostat was hard set to not go below 70 degrees.

This is about 30 minutes from Gulf Shores where most of restaurants and shopping is but we liked being away from the higher traffic areas. Great pool onsite and short walk to awesome beach that was never crowded. Would stay here again!
