I want to thank David and family for keeping this property available for out of town guests. This is our 3rd year at the Kutz Cottage and we will be returning next year as well. To possible renters - This property is not the state of the art modern home but rather a trip back to a simpler time. The inside is gorgeous and the wood work is amazing. The space is massive with plenty of room to bring the whole family plus some. Also pet friendly and well maintained!!!!If you want Ritz Carlton this is not for you but if you want home cozy feelings, you will be pleasantly surprised. You can walk to Fun-O-Rama and the beach in 3 minutes!!!!

very good location cant beat it. Minute walk to bars and beach. its an old house but overall comfortable stay, would come back! Could use better linens - thicker cover, there was only thin sheet provided. Could also have a pin pad for door instead of only 1 key for the whole group.

Plenty of room, but old and musty

The house was a bit musty and smelled when we arrived. I don’t think the listing accurately described the beds because one of the beds was much smaller than a queen, maybe full size. There’s lots of room in the house, but they layout is odd and the furniture was not very comfortable. Great location but not a great place to hang out in.

The online property description was a little bit confusing as far as number of bedrooms. The place was a cluttered with extra furniture—it would've been easier to move around if they got rid of some of the extra furniture. But overall, it was a spacious and very well-functioning house. The property manager was very responsive when we had problems getting logged into the Wi-Fi I and she brought us an extension cord that we needed for one of the fans. All-new appliances including washer and dryer. The bedrooms are well-suited for a two family situation with children.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience! We’re so glad you found the house spacious, well set up for families, and appreciated the new appliances and our quick responses. We also really value your feedback about the listing details and extra furniture — that’s helpful for us to improve the experience and make things clearer and more comfortable for future guests. We’re happy to hear it worked well overall for your group, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime!
