We are located in the heart of Ogunquit. It doesn't get much better than this. Park your car and never get back in. Walk to the Main beach, restaurants, the Marginal Way, Perkins Cove, Ogunquit playhouse and more. This amazing house has 4 bedrooms. One bedroom with a king downstairs, two bedrooms with queen beds and a bunk bed room ( twin over full sleeps 4) that has a trundle up stairs. Tastefully decorated with all clean updated furniture. Additional amenities include 2 front load washers & dryers, central air, 2 full baths, Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach carts, coolers, pails & shovels, Adirondack chairs, picnic table, deck and a gas grill. After a day at the beach come back and relax on the back deck or in the yard. This house sleeps 10. Yes, we have STRONG Wifi. Last but not least super clean... yes and we mean it. You will not be disappointed. Do you have a large party? This house has a guest cottage in the rear of the property ( VRBO #3083502 secluded from main house for privacy with separate driveway/walkway etc.) that may be rented as well. It sleeps 3 people. We are committed to following cleanliness guidelines for our guests. We were dedicated to providing a clean experience before Covid 19 ( see past reviews over the years) and now have enhanced protocols.

There is a guest cottage on this property VRBO #3083502. It is secluded for privacy for both homes. It has it's own driveway walkway etc. It is a 1 bedroom, living room (with pull out sofa bed) full kitchen and new bathroom. This sleeps 4. The entire property can be rented to sleep 14. Additional charges apply.

We had a great stay here and enjoyed the fact that it’s a quick walk to the beach and downtown for dining and shopping! Plenty of space and comfortable furniture and temperature (AC) which is always key for my husband!

The house was beautiful and spotless with plenty of space and all the modern conveniences. The beds were comfy and the towels were generous in both size and quantity. Our group included 10 family members with 3 of us staying in the adjacent cottage (a separate rental) but everyone spent most of their time at the main house. We could walk to everything and there was even a little park right around the corner with a Sunday evening concert. We did get a bit tired trekking back and forth to the beach, but there was a wagon and plenty of beach chairs we could use to make it easier. Deirdre was super helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

This is a fantastic vacation spot! The location is especially great, as it's a short walk to lots of great spots. The home itself was very clean and spacious. Deidre was great to work with. During out stay, a kitchen appliance broke, and Deidre had it replaced within 24 hours! She was very communicative, kind, and helpful the entire stay. Would highly recommend this rental property!

Five perfect days and nights in Ogunquit- Summer2025

Everything about the house was perfect! The proximity to the beach, downtown and Perkins Cove is what we sought, but this house offered so much more! My family and I would definitely return next year, if Deirdre would have us! It was definitely a stay worth remembering, that’s for certain!

Great weekend in Ogunquit!

We had a wonderful weekend at Deirdre’s place in Ogunquit. The location was perfect and we could walk everywhere! The house was clean and had everything we needed. Deirdre was so helpful and was wonderful to communicate with before and during our stay. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Perfect Property!

Stayed with family, from multiple states to meet in beautiful Ogunquit for a wedding (bride and groom stayed here too). Home is immaculate and comfortable, tastefully furnished with a soft place for every person to sit. Bedrooms were delightfully quiet with lovely beds and bedding. Plenty of closet space and a very well appointed kitchen. Barbeque filled the need of a big family dinner. Our absolute favorite though was the attentiveness of the host when we had a question here or there. We would not hesitate to stay here again, or share with others....you will not be disappointed!

Carefree getaway

The description of this property listing is spot on! Walking distance to the Marginal Way and the main downtown area of Ogunquit (Shore Road) that is chock full of shops and restaurants. The property itself was impeccably clean, with ample space to enjoy a relaxing getaway in a very quiet neighborhood. All the comforts of home, in excellent condition. Super responsive owner who addressed any questions we had. Highly recommend this location!!

The Pictures Don't Do It Justice

Deirdre was amazing from the very start. We booked last minute and she provided us with all the info we needed upfront and checked in with us throughout our stay. Her home is absolutely gorgeous and the pictures really don't do it justice. It's super clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well stocked and I loved that all the dish and glassware matched and wasn't a mismatch of random pieces. The linens were really nice throughout the house and there were plenty of beach chairs and towels, which was very convenient not to have to bring our own. The backyard is just lovely. The hydrangeas were blooming and there was a picnic bench and a grill. It was walking distance to town and the restaurants which was great because parking in Ogunquit is a pain and expensive if you park in one of the lots. Overall, truly a fabulous property and we will definitely be back.

Everything was Perfect!

This house was immaculate and very updated. It had everything we needed as far as utensils, linens, towels, etc. There were even games that my 5 year old granddaughter had fun with. We were a family of 6, and I LOVED the double washers and dryers side by side. Dierdre was a pleasure to communicate with. My family agrees that we would 100% take this house again!

Perfect Vacation Home

Our family absolutely loved our stay at Deirdre’s beautiful home! It was very clean and comfortable. It was the perfect size for a family with adult children. The house was within walking distance to everything we enjoy (beach, restaurants, shops). We couldn’t be more pleased with our interactions with Deirdre leading up to and during our stay. Fourth of July in Ogunquit

My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful week with our adult daughters and their husbands, as well as our four grandchildren. The week was enjoyed by all with short walks to the beach and the town.

Outstanding!

Absolutely loved our stay. Great room layout, comfortable furnishings throughout, immaculate inside, well manicured yard outside, fully stocked with everything. Perfect location on quiet street just blocks from the action. Totally private backyard with deck and grill. We loved it!

Wonderful stay!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Ogunquit. The house has a great location, is very clean and confortable for all ages. My mother was so happy to see the sea after years of Covid in a place where she felt at ease and secured while being surrounded by her grandchildren. Thank you Dierdre.

Beautiful house and great location

My wife and I have been to Maine many times, and this was our favorite place we have stayed. The property is well maintained and modern, and nearly everything is walking distance.
