Weā€™ve been coming to the Gulf Shores area for ten years. This is one of our best and most favorite places weā€™ve stayed. The house is great. Nice and spacious. Amazing place for families. The beach was peaceful and relaxing. Drinking coffee on the porch was the highlight of every day.

We had a great stay. THe house was right on the beach, and the common areas had a fantastic view of the Gulf. The kitchen was very well equipped with all appliances, dining ware and utensils.

We love Fort Morgan, Gulf Shores, and Dauphin Island! The area of Morgan Town affords you with the best of both worlds, beach and pool. This particular home didn't disappoint, the kitchen was stocked well, spacious family room, perfect bedroom/bathroom setting and nice sized patios to sit underneath for a break from the sun. We loved our stay at the house and look forward to visiting again. Thank you to Coastal View for hosting our crew! We will be booking again with you guys!

Place was as advertised! Kitchen stocked well, location was awesome! Love the beach right outside the back door! Shower was small but the water pressure was great so I can live with it!

Lovely view of the Gulf of Mexico

The proximity of the house to the beach was perfect for our family traveling with children - 90 years of age. It made it so nice. The views from inside the house are amazing. The house is spacious and comfortably furnished. The kitchen is stocked pretty well with dishes, pots and pans but could use some organization in the cabinets and drawers. The bedding on the beds was comfortable. We were a little disappointed that there was no outdoor swing as the description stated, however the porch furniture was adequate. An outdoor shower or at least a garden hose would have been useful to rinse the lovely white sand off after spending time on the beach. Would absolutely stay here again. The property management was good. The only issue we had was resolved to the best of their ability and it was a cleaning issue.

Canā€™t beat the location. Short distance to restaurants & town. Beach is literally out the back door with no crowds. House couldā€™ve been cleaner. The showers need updating, they are so small. But overall a great stay.

More than expected

Perfect for large families. Excellent communication and the air stayed consistent at the recommended 72. Pools were very nice and kept clean. Plenty of dishes and cooking supplies. Very pleased overall.

Canā€™t beat being right on the beach. There are plenty of restaurants now down Ft Morgan road, Morgantown is around mile marker 7 and once you get there you donā€™t have to go back to the Gulf Shore crowds unless you want to. Property management sent me texts every day to see if we needed anything, we never did.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice beach vacation at Silver Dunes. The location is great if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful stretch of beach, although it's about a 20 minute drive to Gulf Shores. The house worked well for our large family. There were a few minor maintenance issues that I mentioned to management, and they were very quick to respond to me. The only disappointment was the lack of an outdoor shower, which was mentioned in the listing. There was only a hose located well away from the steps going up to the deck. We also found a few fish hooks lying around on the deck; fortunately we found them before anyone stepped on them. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. I appreciated that management took the trash to the road on the designated days so I didn't have to worry about that.

Huge kitchen and living areas to accommodate larger families. Would definitely stay again! Only 20 mins away from all the stores you would need to get supplies from, but nice and remote away from large crowds like other beaches.Only issue we had was biting flies on the beach, but heard from others at different beaches at the same time they had the same issue so not sure what the issue was there.
