Summary:
Beautiful downtown condo close to everything! One block from Front Street and all downtown has to offer; restaurants, bars, beaches, festivals, and more! King bed and a pull out couch sleeps four. Stocked kitchen, private laundry, and smart TVs in the bedroom and living room. One flight of stairs to this 1st floor condo. Parking included and comes with a parking pass for the lot across the street.

Other Things to Note:
Spectrum TV is the TV service. Use that app or log into your own on the TV (remember to log
out before you leave)
The living room TV should be able to be controlled by the remote by the TV
The bedroom TV needs to be turned on with the Panasonic remote, then press the circle button
on the remote down 3 times, then press the middle of the circle to access HDMI 1. Then use
the Roku remote.

Great location for a short stay

Property was an easy walk yo Front Street businesses and the Clinch Park beach. It was clean, easy to find and the parking spot provided was a plus!

Great Place for short getaway

This was an ideal location for a trip to Traverse City. Walkable to all the downtown eateries and shops. Short drive to the local attractions including wineries and outdoor attractions.

Beautiful and spacious!

Everything about the condo is perfect from space, to decorations, bed comfort to the nice kitchen and bathroom, as well as close location to the heart of Traverse City. One thing we did not expect was the construction on the building next door ā€” loud pounding before 8 in the morning. But that should be a short term problem.

Very nice place

Loved the condo. Super easy check in. As promised by the owner I received instructions 3 day prior to arrival. Location is in walking distance to everything. Bonus was the parking spot which is probably 45 second walk from the condo. The only criticism I have are 2 chairs in living room are not comfortable at all. Everything else was perfect. We will definitely be back.

Apartment was clean and spacious. Laundry from previous people was still in the dryer and was damp. Had to run it a while and then took out what we needed (towels). Fan in the bathroom does not work.

Prior reviews were pretty spot on

We knew communication may be a bit difficult due to prior reviews, and we experienced this at check in. We contacted VRBO 30 mins after our check in time when we had no returned communication or information to get into the building. They contacted the host and he immediately contacted us and explained he often had difficulty communicating through VRBO. This process took less than 5 mins. Once communication was established, everything went very smoothly for the remainder of the trip. Based on prior reviews, I brought my own kitchenware, but didnā€™t need any of it to fix several meals. The bed is very comfortable and you canā€™t beat the location. The parking pass to the lot across the street saved a lot of money and hassle. Overall we would stay here again.

The Heart of TC

Very nice condo and what a GREAT location! It is so nice to be able to walk to everything. Just roll out the door and you are in the heart of beautiful downtown Traverse City. Parking pass is a huge plus. Easy check in and check out.

Great location but ......

Location is excellent. Condo is as listed and nice as well. Communication with the management company is nonexistent. So the take away here is if everything works you are good, but if you have to reach out to the management company hired by the owner to manage the property you will not hear back on any and all issues willl be ignored.

Great location for all things downtown Traverse City

We rented this condo for the full week of the TC Film Festival and it could hardly be more conveniently located for film venues, restaurants and shops -- all easily walkable. We appreciate that a parking space was provided across the street. (Curious if there will be parking for this property once construction on the adjacent unit is complete.) Bedding and furniture were comfortable. Would love to give this property five stars but for two significant items. First, the kitchen is sparsely furnished. Our reason for staying in a "fully furnished" condo was to be able to prepare most of our meals in. There was only a kuerig coffee maker so we couldn't brew a pot. Plates, silverware, kitchen tools were very limited so it was necessary to improvise a lot and to hand wash dishes after every meal as no dishwasher pods were provided. And we were provided only one dishtowel. Second, when we contacted the owner about whether these items were meant to be provided as is typical, we received no reply. We had received communications before and at the end and after our stay, but not when we needed assistance. So, we went out and bought towels and supplies on our own. Finally, and this may not be an issue for others but it was notable: Notwithstanding the photos of the unit as posted, this is a very dark unit when shades are drawn as the only window shading is blackout. The kitchen has all black finishes with no under cabinet lighting so it is difficult to see when working at the counter. Would suggest some puck lights at minimum.

Traverse City vacation; good and bad

The property is like a decent hotel with a kitchen. It could have had a few more eating utensils, etc. so you could make it through the day. The coffee maker is a Keurig. There was no spare paper towel roll, and not enough dishwasher cubes for our stay. There was no mattress pad on the bed, but we found one in the closet. The parking pass was not available, but the space was. It would be tight for 4 people. Questions through VRBO email to the owner were never answered, and he has a full voicemail. In other words, if there was a real problem, there is no one to help you out.

Downtown Great Location

Perfect location to downtown. Two blocks from water. Close to breakfast and dinner options. Only one bedroom with a shower bathroom. Pull out couch not comfortable for adults. Full kitchen and refrigerator great for families. Parking spot included.

Amazing location/Amazing place!

The location is awesome - walk to like a gazillion restaurants, bars, shops, and the beach! The place was super clean, well appointed and super comfortable and quiet. Check in/out very easy!

Great Condo

The condo was in a great location and very clean. Walking distance to everything. Check in was a breeze. The only issue was the AC did not work, leaving the unit at 78 degrees ( was 90 degrees outside). Communication with management was very hard and waited hours between responses until we were finally given cell number. Management did provide a fan and looked at unit. For future guests, would recommend they receive number so issues can get resolved quicker. We would definitely stay here again.
